DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

Complete Name, Single, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence address at

-AND-

Complete Name married to Complete Name, of legal age, Filipino and with residence
address at _____________________________________, hereinafter referred to as
the BUYER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of the parcels of land
with Lot No. _____, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. ________ containing a total
area of (1,700) square meters, and, Lot No. ________ covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. ________ containing a total area of (7,00) square meters, more or less, at
_____________________________________o, more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER has offered to sell and the BUYER has agreed to buy the
portion of One Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty-Seven square meters (1,287sq.m.) of Lot
No. _________ covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. _________, and portion of Three
Thousand Seven Hundred Nine square meters (3,709sq.m.) of Lot No. _________ covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. _________, for the amount of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand
(Php 280,000.00) Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Eighty
Thousand (Php 280,000.00) Philippine Currency, and of the covenants herein-after set forth, the
SELLER agrees to sell and the BUYER agrees to buy the aforesaid properties, the SELLER do
hereby SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER,
parcels of land, free from liens and encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate
taxes as of the date of sale.
