Terry Bacon, PhD, is scholar in residence at Korn/Ferry Institute and


chairman of Korn/Ferry’s Research Council. Bacon is the former president
and CEO of Lore International Institute, a professional and executive
development consulting firm focused on assessing, educating, and
coaching professionals, managers, and executives around the globe.
Bacon has produced dozens of executive education programs and has
authored white papers, articles, and books on business and leadership,
including Selling to Major Accounts, Winning Behavior, Adaptive Coaching
and many others.

Stephen Bryan, PhD, is a professor of accountancy at Fordham


University in New York. He has designed accounting and finance curricula
for financial institutions, law firms, academic programs, and multinational
corporations. Bryan’s chief research interests include corporate disclosures
and corporate governance. Among additional publications, his work has
appeared in the Journal of Corporate Finance, The Accounting Review,
The Journal of Business, Harvard Business Review, and Financial
Management. Bryan also is founder and principal of Accounting Analytics,
LLC, and The Accounting Oasis, LLC.

Ken De Meuse, PhD, works as associate vice president of research


at Lominger International, a Korn/Ferry company. De Meuse has authored
five books and numerous articles on employee attitudes and organizational
behavior and has appeared on ABC News, CNN, AP Radio, and National
Public Radio. His knowledge of the ways organizational change influences
the workforce has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Business
Week, Fortune, U.S. News & World Report, The New York Times, and
USA Today.

Aneil Mishra, PhD, is professor and director of executive education
