1. Units shall be factory assembled and Eurovent certified for the following :
a) D1 class for mechanical strength
b) L1 class for negative (-400Pa) and positive (-700Pa) casing leakage
c) T2 class for thermal transmittance
d) TB2 class for thermal bridging using polyamide profiles
e) F9 class for filter bypass leakage.
2.Units shall be built with pentapost extruded aluminium profiles for rigid construction
3. Panels shall be of 50mm thickness with inner / outer skin of 1.0mm GI /1.0mm PPGI.
4. Roof exposed units to be provided with weather proof canopy.
5. Contractor shall provide static pressure calculations for all units and obtain approval before ordering the units.
6.Equipment selection based on trosten
7. Units shall be installed to manufacturer's installation instructions.
