Greetings in Don Bosco’s name!

On July 2, 2019, Tuesday, Don Bosco Press, Inc. is going to conduct an exclusive SalesianaBooks Educators’ Conference for FIN
Salesian Educators. The objective of the conference is to celebrate our oneness as members of the family of Don Bosco, and to
enrich our vocation as Salesian Educators from the lectures and workshops to be conducted by the experts we will invite. In this
respect, we would like to invite you and your basic education faculty members, and administrators to come and join us in this
conference. It will be held at Fr. Carlo Braga Theater, Senior High School Building, Don Bosco Technical Institute – Makati,
Antonio Arnaiz Ave., cor. Chino Roces Ave., Makati City. Registration will open by 7:00 AM.

The conference is comprised of a plenary session focusing on two keynote discussion topics touching both our soft and the hard
skills as Salesian Educators. These topics are:

a. “Education in the 4 Industrial Revolution with a Special Focus on Assessment”
b. “Salesian Educator Called to: Vocation. Mission. Evangelization.”

In the afternoon, we are going to break the plenary group into 17 breakout session clusters representing areas or topics for
fortification and fine-tuning. The following are the 17 breakout session clusters they can choose from:

2 Math Grade School 11 Math Junior High School
3 Science Grade School 12 Science Junior High School
4 English Grade School 13 English Junior High School
5 TLE: Grade School and Junior High School 14 Araling Panlipunan Grade School
(With special focus on Design Thinking)
6 Araling Panlipunan Junior High School 15 Filipino Grade School
7 Filipino Junior High School 16 Preschool
8 Senior High School: Mental Health 17 For Administrators: Animating the Salesian Culture in the
School/Mentoring the Salesian Way
9 Senior High School: Research 18 MAPEH Grade School and Junior High School
