UNILEVER FOOD SOLUTIONS (UFS)
RAMADAN PROMOTION DISCOUNT 2017

1. This Consumer Promotion (CP) is open to all Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers
(HORECA) in Pakistan ONLY buying from official UFS products distributors. The
CP is not open to wholesalers/ retailers/ individual customers.

2. This CP is available on all foods products existing in the market through
Unilever Food Solutions foods & tea portfolio for hotels, restaurants &
caterers.

3. Unilever reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

4. The CP starts on 1st April 2017 till 2nd July 2017 (both days inclusive) for
HORECA customers.

5. Unilever reserves the right to accept or disqualify any participant.

6. Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions will automatically disqualify
the participant from participating in CP and/ or receiving the discount.

7. Offer under the CP is only valid during the period mentioned herein above.

8. Promotion discount is based on the purchasing of UFS products (foods & tea)
with the following details for HORECA Customers.

• Buy 14000 PKR of favourite SKUS and get 5% on invoice discount
• Buy 14000 PKR of new SKUS and get 20% on invoice discount

9. New means: products that have not been purchased in the past 3 months or
never before. Favourite means: products already being purchased by operator.

10. Discount is in the form of on-invoice discount only.

11. The participants will be contacted by the UFS sales team members and will receive
their discount on purchasing invoice after being verified internally by UFS team
members

12. In the event that the participant fails to receive its discount or to prove its
identity or fails to fulfil these Terms and Conditions, the participant shall be
deemed to have forfeited its “discount” without any further claims against
Unilever.

13. The amount of “discount” may be changed at any given time. Unilever reserves
the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative without prior notice
or to change its decision about the “discount” without prior notice.

14. The “discount” will not be assigned to any other person for any reason
whatsoever except the authorized representative of the participant.

15. Unilever reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time
without any notice to the participant.

17. Unilever accepts no responsibility/ liability for any unforeseeable losses,
injuries, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from acceptance, use
of the “discount”, or from participation in the CP.

18. Unilever’s privacy policy is available at
http://www.unilever.com/resource/privacypolicy/. Personal information will
be used by Unilever only in connection with this CP as provided in these Terms
and Conditions.

19. By entering this CP, the participant represents, warrants and agrees that it has
read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by
them.

20. By registering the details, the participant agrees that it is happy for submitted
details to be stored and used by Unilever to keep it informed about Unilever
promotions, products and news in future. The participant understands that its
details will not be passed on or sold to any other third party without its prior
knowledge and consent.

21. Unilever shall not be liable for any losses or damages of whatsoever nature
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal
injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained (even caused by negligence) in
connection with accepting or using the “discount” or participating in this CP
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

22. Unilever is not responsible for any defects, loss or the misuse of the
“discounts”. All entrants release Unilever from all liability, cost, loss or expense
arising out of acceptance of the cash or participation in this CP and indemnify
Unilever against any damages/ losses including, but not limited to, personal
injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential,
foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

23. The participant accepts that any dispute in relation to its participation in the
CP will be subject to the laws of Pakistan and the participant agrees to submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani law.

24. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or
unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality
or unenforceability shall not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of
the remaining provisions.

25. Participant undertakes to abide by the applicable laws, rules and regulations
of the participants’ country of residence as they may pertain to participation
in this CP.
