The fresh washer inlet valve is synchronously controlled with bottle washer via PLC,
adopted imported advanced valves.

1. Special designed rotary sprinkling structure;

2. Reasonable water circulation guarantees cleaning effect;
3. Special sprinkling design effectively reduces water loss.

2.1 Water Inlet Piping

Equipped with imported advanced pressure reduction & stabilization valve,

pressure / flow switch of digital pressure sensor, and interlocked with bottle
washer. PLC controlled alarm controls fresh water pneumatic valve in case of low
fresh water pressure and flow as per set point to effectively reduce fresh water
waste when machine stops. Adjustable fresh water inlet / outlet pressure is
suitable for washing different bottles.

2.3 Special Designed Sprinkling Pipes

Equipped with 2 sprinkling pipes per sprinkling group, rotated with carrier chain
shift fork, which effectively reduces the deflection of sprinkling pipes to ensure all
sprinkling is synchronous.

Unique design of fresh water nozzle hole ensures water saving of cross nozzle hole
when rotating sprinkling;
Reduce fresh water sprinkling hole diameter and increase water circulation rinsing
for effective water saving.

2.4 Water Adjust for Small / Big Packages

Internal and exterior sprinkling flow of fresh water is adjustable as per plant’s
needs. Water consumption demands are guaranteed, with clean washing as a
precondition.
2.5 Other Measures for Water/Energy Saving

Equipped with an additional water tank to collect the overflow water for
other use, as well as check valve and hand valve on outlet of pump.

2.6 Conclusion

Calculation :
Water consumption per bottle is calculated by water consumption per day /

finished products per day. The average water consumption of previous bottle

washer is 0.3-0.4L/bottle; However, Hefei Zhongchen deep compartment

bottle washer can guarantee water consumption below 0.2L/bottle, even

lower. It is suggested to consider the proper balance of bottle discharge

temperature at the same time.
