2. What are the factors that motivate you to apply for LCVP?

1 Consistency to develop AIESEC Journey it just about 3 years that I have


joined AIESEC in UNEJ. Totally I have done learn anything from professional
organization.

Give contribution in AIESEC UNEJ through Department of Finance,


2 Governance, and Legality. The department is back from an office but
has an important positions.

3 Increasing my Leadership Development Model


My Leadership in AIESEC will be boost by SELADA from the lowest to the
higher.

As a young generation, exploring and try to out from comfort zone by


4 joining organization, AIESEC. Experience to join a community to bring
back for my self, society, and better Indonesia.

3. What has been your most powerful AIESEC experience so far?


what did you learn from it?
OCP Hometown Project 2015. Hometown Project is the program every
year from AIESEC Indonesia in collaboration with Danone AQUA. I was elected
as OCP then I executed this project in my hometown, Gresik. Give an awareness
for society about kidney health is my campaign. This project included School
Roadshow, Socialization, Bahasa Class, Seminar, and Jalan Sehat Bersama AQUA.
How could I was able to handle this project? Here, I invited my friends to join as OCs.
They knew about what a professional organization and create leaders. So, from this
project, I can do learn many things for handling project from across idea until
giving decision as leader. Although it was so difficult and made me so busy
but seldom I missed the moment about HTP. How to be brave a volunteer,
how to doing project, and the measurement of developing leadership from
HTP.

4. How do you define succes in your LCVP term?

5. What SDG goal are you passionate about? why? As a young person,
how do you contribute to this goal?
I passionate at 2 concerns that have line about development. I mean the importance
SDG goal in Indonesia are Education and Poverty. Those SDGs have relation to make
economic growth because I think, human is capital. As a young person, I want to
contribute from my major to apply them as an actor not only talk too much.

Quality Education. As long as we


know, the education system in
Indonesia is so bad. First, we talk
about bureaucracy and the lower
awareness about reading. From this,
we can say that human is capital. We
need to specialization for having
skill to compate with other people
who have highest intellectual. So,
education is the first bridge to
decrease poverty in Indonesia.

Poverty. As developing country,


Indonesia is the 4th country which
has economic growth fast. But, In
the reality, poverty is the big
problem in macroeconomics. We
can see it from the number of
unemployment and GDP. Under this
condition, I think Indonesia still has
a lack about distribution. So, the
income percapita stays in lower
position or just stuck.

6. What do you think about the condition of Indonesia and Jember
currently?
Indonesia, the archipelago country which has many different things. But, the
current issue in Indonesia is apprehensive because the political issue that
make it smashed. right opinion is to be wrong, in other side, wrong opinion to
be right. Then, the most viral problem is about HOAX. So, this is our time to
contribute Indonesia better.
Jember, small city that has opportunity to be great city. “Jember Fashion
Carnifal” is the most parade each year and make the characteristic in Jember.
Here, there are so many youngers who are giving contribution, make
community, and I think Jember is the potential city to step developing
economics.
7. How do you want to see Jember by 2030? and what is the role of
young people today in this 2030 agenda?
Jember in 2030 will become the productive city that has wages rigidity higher
as like as another great city in Indonesia and decrease in poverty.
So, Jember needs young people to innovate from young people. what will they
do? An optimistic, responsibility, social live, and futuristic.

8. Based on you experience in this organization, what are 3 main


things that you like and dislike from AIESEC LC Unej? Why?

• Professional organization • Undicipline culture

adding values to do prestige meeting session (especially EB’s

9. Make a SWOT analysis of AIESEC in Unej
a. Strengths: AIESEC has a good reputation in order to providing student
exchange, leadership, and social project
b.Weaknesses: AIESEC in UNEJ needs a lot of partner (finance, company,
etc.) to provide the entity.
c. Opportunities: There are a lot of potential student around Jember
University.
d.Threads: There are some competitor that can offer more than AIESEC in
UNEJ can do and AIESEC in UNEJ is still lack of volunteer.

10. What kind of leader does AIESEC in Unej need? How can you as EB
and personal contribute to that?

I use my strenghtness to contribute in my entity . I can receive any ideas


from EB team, what synergy will be done, doing professional my working
responsibility. And the importance is emotional controlling. As EB I must
open minded and tell what my problems (Transparency)

1. What drives you to continue in AIESEC? Why are you standing


for Executive Board 1718 for AIESEC in Unej?

1. Because my VP (Yoshinta Puspitasari) who has given me the best legacy
and mentoring about finance
2. My commitment from staff to be LCVP
So, the reason why I standing for EB? Because it was my thinking step
from staff to VP and LCVP role is one more step to achieve my dreams and
ambitions. A higher role in AIESEC will give me a chance to get more
knowledge and experiences about leadership. The highest position of an
occupation can be achieved only if someone has a good leadership.

2. What are your key strength and things to be improved? how will
they effect the role you are applying for? what will be your
unique contribution because of who you are?
Key Strengths are Professional and a Learner. Thing to be improved are
about introvert person and emotional controlling

They influence when I am as leader must be risk taker to solute what the
problem in department and entity. I must be responsibility, strategic
thinking, and doing professional to customers. So, my unique contribution is
helping from back stage. I know I;m introvert person, dislike about a less
usefulness talking and crowdy. I like to be professional person. This is my
work that may not to do out of my work. Once talk about working, I use it to
talk it too much. Because sometimes too easy my moody changing so bad.

Section 3 : AIESEC Knowledge

1. what is the purpose of AIESEC in your opinion? why do you


think it should be a purpose of us?
Purpose Of AIESEC
Fulfillment of Humankinds Potential
We would like to create our society. The problem still exist in this world
because they never take action, then we are an AIESECer must create the
leader and sense of belonging. we have an AIESEC Values that supporting this
purpose. The meaningful of values are:
1. Activating Leadership
2. Acting Sustainability
3. Striving for Excellent

2. How do you see the uniqueness of AIESEC? What make them all
interesting for youth and you personally?
The Uniqueness of AIESEC
AIESEC is working place that serve platform to develop Leadership . So, in
AIESEC has Leadership Development Models or we can say AIESEC Values.
AIESEC is another community that give a chance to adding some added value
on me. AIESEC always give me new knowledge, experiences, challenge, and
information that I can’t get from another place.

3. What is AIESEC 2020? Please mention three goals of AIESEC 2020!


AIESEC 2020 is the clear milestone that has been planned every 5 years in
order to come closer to achievement of organization’s mission. Peace and
fulfillment of humankind’s potential . AIESEC 2020 is the key to achieving
long term goals is by having a clear strategic direction. The new plan can be
seen as a refreshment of AIESEC earnestness: Giving leadership development
to youth with an accurate plan.

4. What should we do now about AIESEC 2020 in our
entity/LC?How can you contribute to 2020?
For now, AIESEC UNEJ needs to expand the market not only in Jember
University but another campus in Jember for having a widely brand and the
programs of AIESEC especially in Global Volunteer. So, if we look the potential
in Jember that developed so fast, we need to introduce entrepreneur program
by digitalize promotion and physically promotion. In other side, my
contribution to support those planning is giving financial support to promote
AIESEC aslike open booth and giving a space to everyone for knowing more
our programs. From there, we will have more revenue then investment to next
planning. But, remember we must do contract with another campus to be legal
that MOU as an evidence.

5. What is value? why do we need to have value?


Value is shared behavior to know more about what the characteristics
organization. We need to have value because we need a culture that can be
scored to bring the ways by guiding our everyday action and decisions.

6. How our value will shape our character as member of


AIESEC?Mention your real action inspired by 6 of our values
Our value will shape from our culture and keeping mind to reinforce values
constanly, engage and align our stakeholders with our values, and Confront
contradictory behavior that goes against our values. We have 6 values in
AIESEC that can be demonstrated to shape our organization’s culture by:
1. Striving for Excellent : continuously improve through creativity
and innovation by delivering highest quality performance. Real action:
encourage each other to be better everyday in everything.
2. Enjoying Participant : consistent and transparent to make a
decision. Real action: communicate openly and honestly in stakeholders.
3. Living Diversity : actively learn from different ways aslike
suggestions and opinios. Real action: interact with members across the
entity (national).

Real action: support each other and build on what has been done in

more about SOP in our entity

participations. Real action: recognize the contribution of members and
encourage them to be their best.

Section 4 : FGL Specific Question

1. Which one do you choose? subsidy or loan to member? please


explain
Both of Loan and Subsidy. Loan to member is more efficient in our entity.
Sometimes we look the difficulty about member to repay his or her debt, but
it won’t reduce our revenue. But, remember, we make 5th step to repay and
deadline is available. If out of the deadline, we will not give a debt again. If
we use subsidy, it makes decreasing revenue quickly. As long as we know, our
market is still small and I agree if this entity will go to expand to achieve
more from EPs and TNs. I will be more choose subsidy if the market has
been expanded in Jember, not only Jember University.

2. What is the biggest challenges in FGL for AIESEC in Unej?Please
provide a strategy to tackle the most important one

The Biggest Challenge


Internal Audit Checklist then holding LC’s entity and Regional, National Fee
• All of member must be tracked about the JDs position in AIESEC
UNEJ. We provide to department visit to simulate internal audit,
what are the findings, what are department don’t know, what are the
files that must be completed. But, before going there, FGL must
provide for induction each department.
• We are just waiting for deposits from Eps, TNs, and Business
Development. BD can give endowment to help financial in AIESEC
UNEJ for RegFee and Natfee. So, it can be done by expand our market.

3. From your CFO role what should be the main strategy and
investment to contribute to improve Customer Experience of
EPs, trainees and OP takers as well as overall quantity? how
would you execute them?
Main Strategy, we look from TNs that may be more professional to do
know what they need not we sell and TNs must take it. We do synergy
with ProgSales to determine fix price by facilitate they need then TNs
will continue as our customer every peak that we open opportunity for
project by LoA. So far, we look at Eps as our customers also. EPs from
Incoming must be like and enjoy to do project in our TNs. We can help as
legality department to do what EPs need aslike extend visa. EPs from
outgoing, we serve extra concern start from making deal by sign contract,
send invoice in and out for professional entity reputation about official
payment, and help them to make permission letter to University. Finance
always to do what customers need in collaboration with related
department.

4. How do you implement finance AIESEC Unej to be sustainable
entity? please corelate with customer flow 100%
How to be sustainable finance for entity?
As finance, we must look in exchanger IGV and OGV. Ithink, the most
revenue is from two things about exchanger. The synergy is about doing so
fast to ensure Eps or our customers to deal or match with project sooner.
We can see the experience in our entity especially OGV, EPs still lack of
continue project its mean, EPs just passed in one step, Raising. As we
know, from raising fee, we haven’t yet receive a half payment of full
payment fee for OGV. So, the correlation with this problem is about synergy
of marketing to promote what Global volunteer, the benefit, and the
beautiful experience after doing project. Beside, We look at IGV. Since IGV
in our entity more achieve, we must do plan about what next interesting
project and how about TNs from ProgSales that give contribution in our
entitity. At least, TNs also our customers so for customer flow 100%
ProgSales must fix the price for TNs what the facilities that can be gotten.
And Eps from Incoming, finance always support what the documents that
must be compiled to extend visa.we also support when IGV do welcoming
party and farewell party since they perform and give best quality for EPs
by evidence.
