Greetings. For and in behalf of my client, TRUE RELIANCE OF MODERN-DAY LABOR

BUILDERS (TRML) through its President and owner, TIBURCIO P. TOMOL, I am formally
furnishing you this Final Demand to Pay and provide the total amount of THREE MILLION
ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY ONE PESOS AND
FORTY CENTAVOS (Php 3,175,961.40) plus TWELVE PERCENT (12%) PER ANNUM of
the principal amount by way of interest as payment for completed project as already paid by
the General Contractor for the LPG Mounded Tank Foundation project at Calaca, Batangas.

It has been made known to us that the General Contractor has already paid you and you
have continuously failed to transfer the funds to my client for more than TWO (2) YEARS.
The funds are already entrusted to you; however, you vehemently deny its remittance to us.

Thus, this serves as a final notice as you were given ample amount of time to settle the
issue and provide my client the amount. Despite several demands and multiple assurances
from you, you still failed to tender such amount.

It is apparent that your actions as well as your assurances are bereft of truth and is tainted
with apparent bad faith, hence, we are now giving you FIVE (5) DAYS from the receipt of
this letter to PAY the amount of THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY ONE PESOS AND FORTY CENTAVOS (Php
3,175,961.40) plus TWELVE PERCENT (12%) PER ANNUM of the principal amount by
way of interest, otherwise, we will be constrained to take legal actions in order to settle this
matter in court.
