DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed by LEON L. CAO-WAT,

Filipino, of legal age, and with residence and postal address at Bayao, Pinukpuk,
Kalinga, hereinafter called the DONOR, in favor of the OFFICE OF THE SENIOR
CITIZENS , Barangay Bayao, Pinukpuk, Kalinga represented by its President,
CARMEN HELEN P. BUNAGAN, Filipino, married, and with residence and postal
address at Tangtangan, Bayao, Pinukpuk, Kalinga, hereinafter called the
DONEE,

WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is the owner of that certain property located at Barangay
Dugpa, Pinukpuk, Kalinga and more particularly described in the Original
Certificate of Title No. CARP2017001622 of the land registry of Kalinga,
particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the desire to contribute to the government

and for the benefits of the Senior Citizens of Bayao, Pinukpuk, kalinga which the
DONEE inspires the DONOR and as act of liberty and generosity, the DONOR
hereby voluntary and freely transfer and conveys, by way of DONATION to the
DONOR the 10 by 14 square meters (140 square meters) of the Property for
government purposes, free from all liens, encumbrances and charges
whatsoever. Said area shall be segregated by a licensed Geodetic Engineer from
the mother title.

That the DONEE as represented by its President hereby accepts the

Donation and has taken legal possession of the property and hereby expresses
gratefulness for the kindness and generosity of the DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEE have hereunto set their
hands this 4th day of June 2019 at the City of Tabuk, Kalinga, Philippines.
