INFORMATION

The undersigned prosecutor accuses RODEL BAGIWES of the

crime of Violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 (BP 22), committed as
follows:

That on or about March 15, 2018 in the City of Baguio,

Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, the above-named accused, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously issued a check, with knowledge of
the fact that the account upon which such check was drawn
against had insufficient funds, and subsequently dishonored
by the bank on September 5, 2018, and that on March 16,
2019 a demand letter and a copy of the notice of dishonor,
stating that the accused must settle her accounts within ten
(10) days from receipt of the same, was given by the private
complainant which was duly received by herein accused. That
after receipt of such demand letter the accused still had
failed to settle her accounts, thus performing all the acts of
execution which would have produced the crime of Violation
of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22.
