EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Employment Contract (“Contract) is made and effective this (19-09-2019)

BETWEEN: SUNAINA ISLAM (the “Employee”), an individual with

his main address at: H#577, Block F2, Johar Town Lahore
CNIC: 35202-9303948-8

AND: SKINCLIN ESTHETICS AND WELLNESS LOUNGE (The “Employer”), a

cooperation organized existing under the laws of the (Lahore Punjab) with its
head office located at:……..address……

RECITALS

1. Employer is engaged in the business of SKINCLIN ESTHETICS AND WELLNESS LOUNGE,

and maintains a branch office at address……………………………………
2. Employee has been engaged and has had a great deal of experience in the above designated
business
3. Employee is willing to be employed by employer, and employer is willing to employ employee,
on the terms covenants, and conditions set forth in this agreement
4. The consideration of salary will be as per criteria below

a. Basic Salary : 18,000

b. Increment after 6 month : 2000
c. Commission on brining clients : 20%
d. Commission on doing procedure : 30%
e. Commission on bringing clients and doing procedure : 50%
(After subtracting treatment cost)

f. She cannot consult with clients

g. If she will resign before contract she will have to pay 1 lack amount as fine „void contract‟

In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in
this contract, the parties agree as follows.

1. EMPLOYMENT:

a. Employer employs, engages, and hires employee as a “MARKETING & SALES MANAGER” to
Marketing and employee accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement, and employment,
subject to the general supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice, and direction of employer.
b. Employee shall perform such other duties as are customarily performed by one holding such
position in other, same or similar businesses or enterprises as the engaged in by employer, and
shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to
him from time to time by employer.

2. BEST EFFORTS OFK EMPLOYEE:

Employee agrees that he will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability,
experience, and talents perform all the duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the
express and implicit terms of this agreement,, to the reasonable satisfaction of employer. Such duties
shall be rendered at RJ TRADERS, and at such other place or places as employer shall in good faith
required or as the interst, needs, business or opportunity of employer shall require.

AND: RJ TRADERS (The “Employer”), a cooperation organized existing under the

laws of the (Lahore Punjab) with its head office located at:……..address……

5. Employer is engaged in the business of RJ TRADERS, and maintains a branch office at

6. Employee has been engaged and has had a great deal of experience in the above designated
business
7. Employee is willing to be employed by employer, and employer is willing to employ employee,
on the terms covenants, and conditions set forth in this agreement
8. The consideration of salary will be as per criteria below

h. Basic Salary : 30,000

i. Commission on Sales : 10%
j. If he exceeds sale above then 10 lacks then the company will gave him commission 15%.
k. Basic Salary will be increased after Performance of 6 Month.
l. Fuel Expense & Mobile Expense used in favor of Company will paid by company.
m. Monthly minimum target will 2.5 lack

In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in
this contract, the parties agree as follows.

10. Employee has been engaged and has had a great deal of experience in the above designated

11. Employee is willing to be employed by employer, and employer is willing to employ employee,
on the terms covenants, and conditions set forth in this agreement
12. The consideration of salary will be as per criteria below

a. Company will give her training of Eye lash extension and acrylic nails
b. Commission 30% (After subtracting cost)
c. No Basic Salary
d. Commission based on clients which she will deal or on clients those procedures will be done
her 1 year contract
