Details
Snowflakes:
The snowflakes can either be stitched with
a yarn needle or crochet snowflakes can be
made and attached. Each snowflake is 2 ½
inches long (Picture 1).
Cape Edge:
(With Color C) Slip slip stitch around the
edge of the cape (Picture 2).

Assembly
Cape:
1) Place one of the cape panels along
the side of the dress. The dress
should lay slightly over the top of
the cape (Picture 1).
