Project Description:

CBRE PeopleSoft to Taleo project deals with the migration of erecruitment module from PeopleSoft to cloud based ERP
Taleo. As part of this project, data mapping documents were provided by the client and the setup and transaction data
was exported from the PeopleSoft system using a custom framework developed in PeopleSoft CBRE in different phases for
NA, APAC and EMEA. The data exported from PeopleSoft recruitment module is imported to Taleo for further
configuration.

The project also deals with enhancements wherein custom components are created to manage new Hires in PeopleSoft
for APAC similar to the existing custom NA components used to manage new Hires from Taleo.

Responsibilities:

 Creating configurations in the custom framework to export Peoplesoft setup and Transaction data and mapping of
Peoplesoft Data values to values expected in dat file in existing custom components
 for format required in Taleo
 Creating migration forms for migration of projects across instances
 Creating data mover scripts for migration of data across instances

Project Description:

Data Collect and Data Quality:

Data collect refers to a process /interface by which the global employee database called PeopleIn (which centralizes 7
sets of workforce administration data from local HRIS system such as AXADE, AXAFR, AXAUS etc.) is fed with data from
the local HRIS systems. Every career event results into a workforce administration data creation / modification in the
local tool(s). If this event impacts the People In’ business processes, the data have to be cascaded in People In’ via the
Data Collection process Career events may occur in the local entities such as AXAFR, AXAUS, AXADE and so. These data
are fed into the Local payroll tool and a flat file is created of the events and the data. For this flat file matching table
management to Peoplesoft is done and the flat file would be integrated. As part of the integration/data processing
rejections may occur which would be rectified and re-integrated.

Data Quality:
Data quality module is a recurring cycle of monitoring data to help to diagnose the errors and implement corrective
actions plans.An accurate data quality is necessary for the proper functioning of all processes in People In’ (OTR,
Performance Mgt, Mobility, My Profile, Executive Compensation Review, AXA Miles...) present in an entity

The Data Quality module is a set of tools available to help entities to check their Data Quality
Data Quality is an ongoing process: entities should follow a Continuous Improvement approach where Data Quality
assessment is an initial and recurrent activity. The final objective is to have trustworthy and reliable data for processes
to run efficiently The data quality module consists of three indicators:
Timeliness: How often data are updated in PeopleIn

Completeness: Show which Key Data are missing in the records within the user scope
Provide details of the erroneous records to facilitate corrections Alert on processes at risk because of missing
information Missing Key Data per Business process deployed

Consistency: Highlight discrepancies between People In’ and local data Focus on Key Data: measure data that are
relevant to processes. Alert on processes at risk because of data reliability (previously called “Measurement”) :How do
local values match People In’ values ?

Project Description:

The Apple Care project deals with the Service Management module in Peoplesoft CRM and java. Apple Inc has a couple of
systems in place the iLog, OSS, iRepair, Peoplesoft GCRM which are used to handle customer requests such as sale and
registration of Apple Products and Agreements, few of which include the Apple Care Protection Plan, AC+ ADH etc...

There are various subprojects and sub modules involved in this vast system. Initial phase of the project was to understand
a couple of interfaces in the system and prepare system appreciation documents and presentations for boot camp on the
business process and conduct training sessions on the client business process. Next phase of the project included an
enhancement for a subproject Rubix to develop custom component and code and integrate with a system called GBI
(Global business intelligence) to handle Cross border sale and claim of the plan Apple Care+ ADH ) for EMEA(Europe
Middle East and Africa)

Responsibilities:

 Understanding the existing client system and preparing system appreciation documents, pseudocode, flowcharts
and functional diagrams

Project: DB Systel iMan Project August 2010 to August 2011

Project Description:

DBSystel (Deutsche Bahn) iMan is an enhancement project currently client is using iMan 1.0. It is used for identity
management and create and manage IT resource accounts (access for the applications like BKU accounts, lotus notes etc.).

The main features to be implemented in iMan 2.0 are configurable workflow and the usage of sub-resources. Currently in
iMan 1.0 there is no provision for workflow setup and a user can apply for only one IT resource at a time.

Moreover if the IT resource request is rejected there is no provision for correcting and sending the same IT resource
request for approval. The user needs to raise a new request in iMan 1.0. But after implementing iMan 2.0 the user can use
the same rejected request for getting the access by correcting the data and also the user can use the request for applying
more than one resource (Sub resources are attached to main resource and the user can apply for main resource and sub
resources)

of PeopleSoft HR application that enable them to align goals of incorporating industry best practices into their business
process.
