Right to sell & transfer the franchise

 The franchisee has the power to sell the product of Glacies corporation,
when it has the written notice that approved by our company.

 The franchisee has also the right not to sell / transfer the ownership to other
that covered the franchise location.

 Franchise agreement renewal and termination

 The franchisee has the right whether to renew or terminate the franchisee
transaction with GLACIES CORPORATION.

 In terms of renewal, the franchise agreement can also renew within the day
only
