l. Pursuant to Section l2 of Republic Act No- 6713 Re: An Act Establishing a

Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees, this Office will
conduct a twoday seminar for teachers in four batches on The Joys of Teaching: Teaching
from the Eeart on the follomng schedules:

Batch I October l0-11,2019

Betch 2 October l+15,2019
Batch 3 October 1G17,2019
Batch 4 October 1&19,2019

2 The s€minar aims to:

a promote public service with accountability, integrity, competence, loyalty,

modesty and uphold public interest over personal interest;
rekindle teachers' passion for teaching by tapprng the creativity and
commifnent to service and teamwork towards optimrmr performance;
a identif, areas of ernpowerment that will cultivate a culture of excellent
teamwork in the corfrext ofethical and accountable school environment; and
a instill among teachers and school heads a deep understanding and
appreciation ofindividual role and relative individual goals to the collective
vision-mission of the school.

3. Transportation and other incidental expenses relative to tfte participation to this
activity shall be charged against local firnds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules
while participants' meals and accommodatioq honoraria of speakers and training materials
shall be charged to HRTD Frmds.
