SUBJECT : SECURITY GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES of


SKYJET AIRLINES SECURITY DETACHMENT

DATE : 19 JUNE 2019

In connection with the above reference, all security detailed at SKYJET AIRLINES
located in Terminal 4, Domestic Road, Pasay City are hereby directed to strictly
implement the following Security Guidelines and Procedures within their AOR. No
person shall be allowed access or entry to except as herein provided.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Pearl Building Reception Area Guard

- Handling packages and mail deliveries, logbook recording of the time and date in
which the packages are received.
- Recording in logbook of Incoming and outgoing office personnel for purpose.
- Aware for whereabouts of Office personnel itinerary.
- Making reports regarding to any incidents happen.
- Entertain, Assist and record all incoming and outgoing clients, guest and visitors.
- To retain and keep on file a photocopy of approved trip ticket attached for records
purposes.
- Ensure the area of responsibility always clean and tidy for clients, guest and visitors.
- Monitor/records all incoming and outgoing transactions on deliveries and pickup og
baggage.

Pearl Building Parking Area Guard

- Checking of park vehicles including door locks, side mirrors and windows.
- Conducting inspection in all park vehicles.
- Conducting random roving inspection in all areas from time to time specially on park vehicles.
- Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing vehicles including their itineraries and time of
arrival and departures.
- Maintaining parking area for Cargo Infinity personnel.
- Reserved parking for VIP Officials.
- Assist and monitor all incoming vehicles of personnel, clients, guest and visitors.
Terminal 4 ASD Ticketing Office Guard

- Monitoring of Incoming and outgoing office personnel and recording in logbook for
purposes.
- Assist and entertain passengers for the inquiries regarding on flight schedules, where is main
ticketing office of SKYJET AIRLINES.
- Answering telephone calls,
- Logbook recording, Turn over left behind baggage to ASD personnel, turn over and receiving
COMAT documents to ASD.
- Opening and closing of ASD Ticketing office until the last departure and arrival flight operation.
- Assisting office personnel in parking area for incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Radio monitoring and answering radio calls when in need.
- Logbook recording in all incoming and outgoing baggage and documents.

1. ACCESS CONTROL –

(a.) The following shall be allowed access (entry) at the Park

 Officers, Staff and Employees of BNF, Inc.


 The authorized representatives, performers, whose names shall be
provided by the BNF, Inc.
 Workers, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Performers, Organizers, Guest and
Visitors, whose names shall be provided by BNF, Inc.
 Individuals with written authorization from BNF, Inc. authorized
representatives.

(b.) Performers must present a valid ID and should be included in the list of
performer submitted by the Organizers as approved by BNF, Inc.

(c.) Employees, Guest, Visitors, Performers, Organizers and Workers entering or


exiting the PARK must be properly frisked and their bags or belongings search,
checked and scrutinized. Prohibited objects or items are must not allowed inside
the PARK and must be confiscated. However, shall release upon exit. Security
personnel are authorized to confiscate illegal objects or items.

(d.) Persons or Individuals entering the PARK upon authority of BNF, Inc. shall be
required to log and sign the Visitors Logbook; surrender a gov’t issued ID, and
issued a VISITOR’S pass. They shall be strictly warned to wear the prescribed
visitors pass while inside the PARK.

(e.) NAYONG PILIPINO FOUNDATION INC., must provide/furnished the security


personnel detailed at the Park approved working permit in all Workers,
Subcontractors, Performers, Organizers, Suppliers, Deliveries names of
incoming visitors and other persons authorized to the Park.

2. MATERIALS CONTROL – (a.) Security Personnel assigned in every post must


maintain a Logbook, apart from the visitor’s Logbook and Security Logbook. All
materials and equipments tools etc., brought inside, taken out or pullout of the PARK
must be recorded in the Materials Logbook. Together with the details of the person
bringing the materials.

(b.) Equipments, Tools, Materials and other effects and implements being brought
into or taken out of the premises by workers, employee and performers must be
accompanied with clearance and with gate pass signed by authorized signatories of
NAYONG PILIPINO FOUNDATION Inc.

5. All information and data that are required for the successful implementation of these
guidelines and procedures, which must emanate from shall be provided by NAYONG PILIPINO
FOUNDATION Inc. must be furnished by the Management as soon as possible. Coordination
meeting between the Management and Security Personnel shall be held to monitor effective
implementation of these guidelines and procedures.

6. Copy of these guidelines procedures must be personally furnished to each security


personnel assigned in every post in Nayong Pilipino Park. Failure to observe and implement
these guidelines and procedures shall be considered as neglect of duty - - ground for
disciplinary action. These rules on shall take effect immediately.
