We have reached the end of the 4th LAC session, and it is my task to provide some closing

remarks. It is a sad task, because we shall be closing the door on lively and stimulating activities.
However, it is also a privilege and an honor to be entrusted with such an undertaking.
This seminar serves as the light that paves way to catch our students interest in learning.
We, teachers need to grow and we must grow after we grow, we see outputs of our own hardships
as a return of investment.
Like in this seminar, where they could see our outputs or there is a positive result applying
all we have learned to our learners most especially the satisfaction we will feel is priceless because
our students will say wow! Teki si mam or Teki si sir! Kakaibang magturo si mam at sir. But I
know during the process of our growth we could not appreciate instantly what we are given as an
opportunity. In this 1-day seminar we do not expect much good results at first but as we go along
with the time that we get used to these instructional tools in teaching our learners then we could
appreciate more of these instructional tools like our students as to the test of time they are getting
bigger and bigger up to the time that we could appreciate their efforts in learning and that will be
the time we could see results of our adversities.

My impression is likened to the characteristics of a Sunflower where Bacnotan NHS is known.

1. LOOK UP TO LIGHT/SUN- as teachers we are like sunflowers we are always looking or
facing the brighter side of everything because we all want a light to things that we do not
understand. This seminar serves as the light that paves way to catch our students interest
in learning. We, teachers need to grow and we must grow after we grow, we bear flowers.
That we as teachers seeing the light that if others could see what we are continually growing
they will be happy. Like in this seminar, we are the sunflower and this seminar is the
sunlight we look up into. Where when they see our outputs or there is a positive result
applying all we have learned in this seminar to our learners most especially the satisfaction
we will is priceless because our students will say WOW! TEKI SI MAM OR SI SIR!
KAKAIBANG MAGTURO SI MAM AT SIR. But during the process of growth of a
sunflower it does not instantly bear flowers, it is not right away appreciated. In this 3day
seminar we do not expect much good results at first but as we go along with the time that
we get used to these instructional tools in teaching our learners then we could appreciate
more of these instructional tools like the sunflowers as to the test of time are getting bigger
and bigger up to the time that we could appreciate its flower and that will be the time we
could see results of our adversities.
