Sir,

The Complainant is a emplyoee in a Data Processing Company

registered under the Corporate laws of India. The Complainant is a
Manager looking after the Data Processing (Business Transcription)
Manageral work for Cygnus E-Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Pride Icon Building
Kharadi, Pune

The Accused is an Employee who is working a Transcriptionist since

15-4-2015 associated with Cygnus E-Solutions Pvt Ltd, Pune
 In the Month of June, the Accused approached the Complainant
asked about the incentives in regards with that compainant have already
informed accused that his incentives will be released as per regular
process along with salary. The said incentives were paid to the said
accused through the cheque depostion for his June-19 salary and
incentive on dated 10-7-2019 that were through the ICICI Bank cheque
no 290174 & 290175 that is the total amount of Rs 26720/- as Salary
For the month of June 2019 and Rs 22696/- as incentives were paid
Respectivly.

The complainant futher states that, the said accused on dated 7 th July
2019 appproched through (9272376125)telephonic conversation and
abused with dire Consequences. Even acccused have called several
times on Company Director’s mobile number(9371018425), Mr. Rishi
Mehra late midnight at around 1am to 2am, and harrashed Mr. Rishi
Mehra. Futher accused have also Called the company HR Mrs.
Priyanka Khot(8390502511) on the same day, even she has been
harrashed by the said accused by using arrogant language.

Complainant Futher states that, on dated 6 th July 2019 at evening

complainant has called Accused and had informed about the pending
amounts that were to be issued to the said accused, it has been already
informed on telephonic conversation to collect the Cheque on dated 8 th
July 2019 as there was a holiday on next day that was Sunday. The
accused didnt came to receive the cheque on the scheduled date. On
dated 10th July 2019 Priyanka Khot (HR) has mailed Accused to
collect the cheque on 11th July 2019, yet the said accused has not turned
up. Hence on dated 10th july 2019 itself the account department of the
said company has deposited the cheques those are mentioned above.
 You are therefore requested to register the crime, to investigate the
matter, and to take necessary legal action as per the provisions of law
against the Accused.
