Specialist position advertised on Google. I have nine years of scheduling
experience, with two years as a Workforce Management Specialist at Scarlet Pearl
Casino Resort. At this time, I am seeking to grow with your expanding property.

The listing that you advertised stated that you are looking for someone with
experience as a data analyst. At Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort, I am responsible for
providing schedules to each department on our property in a timely manner. I
coordinate with our finance department to produce our schedules based on the
forecasted business models. I also work with the Employee Relations Manager to
maintain staffing levels and ensure the best candidates are hired for each
department.

As a day one associate of Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort, I have assisted with not only
scheduling and staffing, but also Kaizen, creating a culture of continuous
improvement. As a leader of Kaizen, we continue to eliminate waste throughout the
property and create processes to run a more efficient business. My efforts and
participation on the Workforce Management team were recognized with the award
of Associate of the Month twice and Associate of the Year for 2017. I wish to
continue to bring my hard work and dedication to your company.

I am excited at the opportunity to be considered for employment at the Beau
