OPLAN KALUSUGAN SA DEPED ONE HEALTH WEEK

TO: Teachers I, II, III

1. Pursuant to DepEd Order (DO) No. 28. s. 2018 entitled Policy and Guidelines on
Oplan Kalusugan sa Department of education (OK sa DepEd) our school will hold the
Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd One Health Week on July 30, 2019 to create awareness on
the importance of health and nutrition.

2. The objectives/purposes of the said celebration are the following:

a. have efficient implementation of school-based health and nutrition programs and

services, through rational programming in terms of resources and services to
optimize the results of the five flagship programs of OK sa DepEd.
b. provide all learners with health nutrition services to allow them to attain their
full educational potential,
c. ensure wellness of DepEd personnel through the provision of basic medical care
for better productivity,
d. generate information on the health and nutrition records of all learners as basis
for planning and programming, and
e. maximize opportunities for better and wider coverage of health and nutrition
services delivery, through close collaboration with various partners and
stakeholders especially at the school level.

3. The participants are the teachers and all students of Rizal Comprehensive National High
School.

4. Enclosed to this memorandum are the program of activities and functional committees
to work on the said celebration for your information and guidance.

5. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
