Greetings of peace and solidarity!

We are the Grade 12 students of GOV. RAFAEL L. LAZATIN INTEGRATED

SCHOOL (GRLLIS) and as part of our final requirement for Practical Research 2 is to
conduct a research in line with the areas studied in the course of ethnicity and language.
Our research study is entitled “ETHNICITY: THE COMPREHENSABILITY OF 21st
CENTURY LEARNERS TOWARDS KAPAMPANGAN TERMINOLOGIES”, which aim
to determine the documentary data in relation to issue regarding our own Amánung Sísuan
in our barangay and to interpret the information for this study.

In line with this, the undersigned would like to ask for your permission to allow us to
request a copy of documentary data of crime analysis from the year 2015 to 2017. This
would serve as our tool for interpretation and analysis of our research studies.
