Sir,

With reference to the above subject, we hereby inform you that we have issued above EPCG
license in 2008 and we could not fulfilled the EO in stipulated time of 08 years due to Non
export Order and International recession and due to the reason our business were badly
affected. Now, we have planned & made some arrangement with overseas buyers and
negotiated for export orders, therefore we request you to please provide extension for 02
years. We will fulfill the export obligation @110% of duty utilized against above mentioned
EPCG license.

Regarding composition fee for 2% for extension, we will undertake to export obligation to
the extent of 10% of total export obligation imposed under authorization. Kindly consider
our case as per Public Notice no. 36/2015-20 dated 25.10.2017. In this connection, we are
enclosing following documents for further consideration of our case:-

01) Original EPCG licence no.-0530147532 DT.21.10.2008 along with Annexure and
Forwarding
02)Form ANF 2D duly signed & stamped
03)Self attested copy of bill of entry
04)eMPS no. ………………………… dt……………………………. for Rs……………../-( Rs. 200/-
towards license amendment fee, Rs. 5000/- towards condonation/composition fees
for extension as per public notice NO. 36/2015-20 dtd. 25.10.2017 )

Hope you will find above information in order and requested you to please consider our
request and give us the permission for relaxation for extension in EO for 02 years in our
EPCG license. Please do the need full and oblige. We hereby requested to you kindly give us
the relaxation in condonation in extension of EO in First Block for 02 years.
