Be your own motivator. Become your own support. Start listening yourself, be your best friend. Defy yourself, dare to
try new things, new activities. Dare to meet new people, to make new friends. Listen to some music. Dance. Write your
own experiences in a journal. Read books that grow your positive attitude and motivation. Reward yourself and give
yoursef little or big presents. Go for a walk, sit at a park or at a lake's shore, and appreciate the beauty of nature. Get
involved with yourself. Get commited with your Being.

• After a break-up, you have the chance to refind yourself again, to grow and develop all your potential. Dare t
change yourself.
• Change your lifestyle. Cange your habits, your daily routines. Do not suffer for life, dare to rediscover your
inner self.
• Let separation be an opportunity, a way to get involved with yourself, to rebuild your way of doing and
deciding things. Dare to live.
• Take the first impuls and redefine all your life. Do not feel overwhelmed, just take little baby steps. Start
deciding by and for yourself.
• Take little steps, everyday, and your life will be transformed and renew completely, in a short period of time.
