Your role

As an analyst, you’ll be exposed to an infinite variety of intellectual challenges and assignments. You will
work closely with your clients to address key business problems and identify value areas. You will also
collaborate with colleagues from all over the world to create effective, multi-disciplinary solutions.

Basic Qualifications

 A good bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

 Track record of outstanding internship and co-curricular activities
 Good command of English (both spoken and written)
 Ability to work creatively and analytically in a team-oriented, problem-solving environment
 Flexible and willingness to work on different projects
 Willingness to learn and an interest in technology

Strength Options :
 - I am organized, a planner. If I was given a task, I would usually make a strategy
on what’s the best way not only to finish it on time but also gives the best result
- Committed to what I’m doing, I always try to never leave tasks unfinished.
- I work well with people, previous work, we have a limited employees, so we
work together most of the time, especially between sales and engineering
departments.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Hopefully I would be able to become a senior analyst. That’s because this is what the role
intends to look for. In 5 years, I believe that I would have been assigned to many projects from
several different departments. I would have grown my connections professionally and also
personally with clients whether it is local or international. Also I hope in 5 years I would be able
to extend my expertise to support and influence other coworkers.

Why are you intending to join the company?

First of all, I have an interest in tech and biz and consulting companies seem to be the right
place for me to develop myself. Acc is a multinational company that focused on technology
consulting. If you’re talking about technology, it is something that won’t ever stop developing.
It grows overtime and Acc is there to help companies’ business through technology. Even
though it is still considered young compared to the other consulting companies, it has grown
very significantly which I believe it would still continue in the future.

Why did you leave your last job?

Tbh even though I was assigned as a sales engineer, I didn’t get many chances to meet the
clients. More often, the transactions were dealt only via emails. Also I like to learn new things
which I think won’t be getting by continuing to work in the company (because this company is
only focused on electrical industries).
