V. Highlights:
The Orientation on the Department of Agriculture’s Credit Program
August 13, 2019 formally started 10 o’clock in the morning where in the
Regional Technical Director for Operations and Extension Mr. Roberto C.
Busania give welcomed Remarks the participants and the OIC-Chief of the
AMAD, Ms. Ma. Rosario Paccarangan delivered a briefly overview of the
activity.

Representative from the ACPC Mr. Adonis S. Fajardo presented their

Credit Orientation (ACPC) the four programs he presented first the
production loan easy access (PLEA) the purpose of this orientation is to
provide easy access loan to marginalized, small farmers and fisherfolk
(MSFF). Second the working capital loan easy access (CLEA) to finance
working capital requirements of trading, marketing, processing of agri-
fisheries products. Third is agri- fishery machine and equipment (AFME) to
finance acquisition of machinery, equipment and/or facilities from
production, harvesting to post harvest. Fourth survival and recovery loan
(SURE) to finance emergency and requirements of farming, fishing livelihood
activities.
