Job description
1) Responsible for TECNO mobile retail outlet channel developing and management;
2) Establish good relationship with outlet owners/managers/staffs;
3) Build a good outdoor and in-door brand image in mobile phone market
4) Organize a professional outlet promotion team and accomplish the approved sales target

we are looking for trainers to facilitate training and engage participants to be successful in their roles.
The Training team is responsible for driving high quality training content and continuous feedback
loops to support our company.
Job description
1) Responsible for working with the Training Manager in coordinating training sessions for our staff
2) Support the coordination of training calendar
3) Contribute to continuous improvement cycle of training and accuracy processes
4) Maintain training and accuracy metrics for the site
5) Coach and mentor less experienced staff
Basic Qualifications
• Skilled in and can demonstrate experience with planning, creating, implementing, delivering and
assessing various types of training
• Communication skills for knowledge transfer and skill development, including superior skill in
explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts and
managers
• Excellent collaboration, coordination and organization skills, confident and logical when talking
