About Meridian Flush Empowerments 3&4

One of the simplest and most powerful healing tools to emerge from the
healing community is the Meridian Flush. Meridians are the energy pathways
that circulate throughout the body carrying chi to vital organs. A Meridian Flush,
then, is an energetic cleanse of the meridian system.

Jose Gonzales founded the original Meridian Flush system with two levels (1 &2); a
healer named Yona is credited for channeling Meridian Flush 2. You may be able
to receive Meridian Flushes beyond levels 1 & 2 from other sources. These
particular Meridian Flush energies (levels 3 & 4) were directly channeled by
request from a client. They are not in conflict with nor diminish any other
Meridian Flush levels that may be available.

All genuine healing systems ultimately come from the source and as such
cannot be in conflict but simply complement one another. Energies can
sometimes take on different forms when channeled through different people
but, if so, are special and positive in their own unique way.

Thus, you may see these new levels (3 & 4) as a continuation of the first two
levels or as new energies in their own right. These energies provided here come
along with certain intentions that activate deep healing that differs from the
general nature of the first two flushes.

The energies are easy to use and activated by simple intention. The work just as
well in person or over a distance. They are an excellent complement to Reiki or
any other energy healing system.

Meridian Flush 3:
Releasing the Past
Meridian Flush 3 provides a very gentle cleanse of the energy system with a
specific intent of releasing past issues. As such, it is good to use this flush and
then follow it up at the next healing session with Meridian Flush 4: The two work
best as a pair.

You may find that Meridian Flush 3 does not bring a feeling of instant fireworks
(it may, but don't expect it). It works very deeply but subtly, to clear out old
gunk – past emotional issues, old stuff that we are holding onto, stubborn
blockages.

Once loosened up by the flush, these energies will come to the surface to be
cleared away by Reiki or Meridian Flush 4. They can clear away on their own, but
it is best if you do some additional healing work if you want the stuff cleared
away more quickly.

During this time you may experience a lot of things leaving your life – old
relationships, etc. This is to clear the path for the new. So let things go with a
blessing and you will get the full benefit of this flush.

When working with a Reiki client, it can be very powerful to start the session
with a Meridian Flush 3 and then do Reiki as normal. While the Meridian Flush is
working, the Reiki will help to clear out the old energies and balance the chakras.

Meridian Flush 4:
Embracing the Present
In contrast to the gentle energy of Meridian Flush 3, Meridian Flush 4 is a strong,
sparkly energy that will wake you up and make you feel more energized. This is
the type of energy that will make you feel tingly all over while it is doing its thing.

Meridian Flush 4 is used to clear away and finish the energies brought up in
Meridian Flush 3. It is then also used on its own to help strengthen the energetic
system and align you with spirit so you are in tune with the present.

Being present is about awareness and wholeness. Many authors and spiritual
leaders have discussed the power of being present, so there's no need to go
into great detail here. But the main gist is: All we have is the present moment.

Being present is about being alive, about letting go of the past, and about
trusting that you exactly where you need to be on your path.

Meridian Flush 4 brings us into that present moment. It brings joyful energy that
can be used any time for a pick-me-up.

Meridian Flush Usage

Meridian Flushes are activated by intention only. No symbols are needed. Hands
are not needed. You simply state that you want to activate the flush and it will
activate on its own.

To send to yourself:

I would like to receive Meridian Flush # now.

or

Meridian Flush # ON.

To send to another:

I am now activating Meridian Flush # for [name].

When you are with someone and doing an in-person healing, place your hands on
their shoulders and activate the flush either out loud or silently using words
similar to the above. The physical touch is not really needed, but for many
clients it will help them believe more in the energies and allow them to
experience them more fully.

Timing and Frequency

Meridian Flush 3 should not be activated daily as it brings up stuff that needs
time to process. Try using it no more than once per week. Once a month is good
for maintenance.

Meridian Flush 4 can be activated daily.

Give both flushes ½ hour for basic processing. They may continue over the
course of a few hours depending on what your spirit decides to receive.

Meridian Flush Attunements

Place your hands on the person's shoulders (or on a proxy's shoulders, such as a
teddy bear, if you are doing a distance attunement).

Then state:

I am now sending the attunement for Meridian Flush # to [name].

Each attunement should be given ½ hour to process. Do not send both

attunements at once. Send Meridian Flush 4 only after the Meridian Flush 3
attunement is finished.
