SICILSALDO S.p.A.
Founded in 1994, Sicilsaldo has managed in a very short time to position
itself on national and international markets in the Oil & Gas Power
sector, ranging from design and construction to maintenance of plant
and pipelines. Its strong points are reliability and dynamism, the result of
optimising the experience and professionalism of its entire staff under a
single structure. Sicilsaldo today offers technical and management
experience, plus advanced technologies and methodologies for a series
of offers that can satisfy the most varied industrial demands.

NUOVA GHIZZONI S.p.A.

Having operated in the field since the 1950s, Nuova Ghizzoni S.p.A. has
years of valuable practical experience in the different applications
connected to the pipeline construction. Through its service provision the
company is particularly focused on the toughest and most
technologically challenging projects in severe environmental conditions
ranging from mountainous areas, tunnels, wetlands, river crossing and
shore approach.

THE GROUP
Sicilsaldo has incorporated the Nuova Ghizzoni S.p.A. pipeline
contractor company within his group in 2013 becoming one of the
largest European contractor of the Oil & Gas Industry, leader in the
provision of engineering, procurement, project management and
construction services with distinctive capabilities in the design and the
execution of pipelines up to 60” and associated plants and stations.

 ENGINEERING
Sicilsaldo can supply design services for its customers and
technical backup for our production divisions, employing high
level personnel with qualified professional experience acquired
over many years of work. The company offers a series of
engineering activities such as:

 Project management;
 Feasibility studies;
 Basic and detailed design;
 Supply of apparatus and materials.
 PROCUREMENT
Sicilsaldo, acknowledging procurement as an indispensable lever for
maintaining competitiveness, best identifies purchase requirements in
observance of the budget in question and performance objectives.
Some of our services:

 Search and selection of suppliers and issuing of request for

supplies;
 Analysis of suppliers’ offers and issuing of purchase orders;
 Checking of the state of progress of the supply on the basis of
“project” planning;
 Verification of product and delivery.

A great heritage of know-how, management ability and specific
on-the-job skills acquired over the years have contributed to

 AUTOMATIC WELDING
Sicilsaldo is fully equipped with a mainline automatic welding system
for onshore pipeline construction project.
This system offer the potential to increase productivity, improve weld
quality, reduce labor and material cost.
That is why Sicilsaldo utilise the automatic welding on our projects.
 ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION
In recent years Sicilsaldo saw constantly increase its presence in
remediation and today can boast the presence, in its workforce, of a
large number of experts of the Environmental Division of the
company.
Sicilsaldo is able to provide the following services:

 Characterization of contaminated sites;

 Environmental monitoring;

 Waste transport and disposal;

 Remediation of contaminated sites;

 Environmental Emergencies;
