10:31:37 AM (01:31:28) Chair Dean closed the public hearing. After deliberation, the Commissioners
approved RESOLUTION NO. 51-19 with amendments.
10:15 a.m. HEARING re: Proposed DRAFT Ordinance Relating to the Hearing Examiner
System and Procedures for Processing Land Use Applications
11:00:53 AM (01:55:36) Chair Dean opened the hearing for public testimony.
11:07:46 AM (02:02:29) Chair Dean closed the oral testimony portion of the hearing. The
Commissioners deliberated on the issue. The Board decided to extend the written testimony through
October 11, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. They will continue deliberation and make a decision at a later date.
