The Anti Candida, Cancer, Bacteria & Lyme Disease Diet

ESSENTIALS: Drink at least two and a half (2 ½) LITRES of Filtered water daily (with lemon
juice to improve absorption and alkalinity).

morning and evening.

Grapefruit Seed Extract: Place drops in Unsweetened Grapefruit Juice (and stir really well) OR put into
Gelatin Capsules and swallow. THIS IS THE BEST THING FOR CLEARING
CANDIDA FAST! 10 Drops twice per day recommended (less for children).
Iodine is excellent for eliminating Candida – wash all fruit & vegetables with
Iodine before ingesting to remove Parasites and micro-organisms off them.
NOTE: Take this at least 3 hours away from Probiotic Gut Flora

OPTIONAL:
Spirulina: Three (3) tablets with each meal (Good for kidneys, intestinal toxins, gas).
Pure Dandelion Root Tea It is good for liver cleansing (ensure that it is Lactose Free).

AVOID: Smoking – Taking The Contraceptive Pill - Pain Killers - Alcohol

Sample Breakfasts:
Smoothies: Blend - Progurt, 1 Banana, 1-2 teaspoons lecithin, 1-2 teaspoons Sunflower Seeds
Blend - Progurt, 1 Banana, sprinkle of Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon slithered Almonds
Blend- Progurt, 1 grated Apple, sprinkle of Cinnamon, 2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds
Make up your own combinations from any of the foods you are allowed to eat.

Muesli: Rice Bran, shredded Coconut, 1 teaspoon Linseed, Sesame Seeds, Lecithin,
with either Progurt, Rice Milk, Almond Milk or Coconut Milk. You can use
unsweetened puffed rice, puffed millet, any seed, fresh grapefruit, apple or banana.

Porridge: Millet Porridge, add Progurt, sliced banana, cinnamon or sprinkle with seeds.

Grilled Fish, Chicken or Steak with Coleslaw with dressing made of Progurt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt
and Olive Oil, with fresh mixed herbs
Fish Curry with Coconut, fresh vegetables, served with Steamed Rice
Tinned Salmon or Tuna with Green Salad with Progurt Dressing (above) and Rice Cakes & Avocado
Grilled Fish, Chicken or Steak with Stir-Fried Vegies & Steamed Brown Rice
Grilled Lean Steak with Tossed Salad with Proguret Dressing (above), Rice Cakes and Hommus
Salad with Hommus, Flaxseed Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic & Herb Progurt Dressing
Barbecued Kebabs with Salad and Rice Bread / Sprouted Rye Bread (toasted) with Minestrone Soup
Vegetable or Chicken Soup with Salad, Rice Bread and Steamed Vegies
Rice or Buckwheat Pasta with Vegies & Herbs Sprinkled with grated Onion & Garlic & Progurt

If you are getting hungry too soon, please ensure that you eat plenty of Protein e.g. Fish, Meat, Chicken,
Beans, Lentils, Nuts and Seeds with every meal or have these as snacks

Foods You May Have:


Fish, Meat & Chicken: Free Range Chicken & Turkey, Beef & Lamb (preferably Organic),Salmon, Trout &
any fresh Fish or Seafood
Vegetables*: *All vegetables: except potatoes, tomatoes, capsicum, eggplant, sweet potato (as these
are nightshades) and corn & peas ( high in sugar)
Artichoke Asparagus Avocado Beetroot Brussel Sprouts Cabbage Ginger
Carrot Cauliflower Celery Cucumber Spinach Garlic Herbs Lettuce Onion
Parsley Radish Silverbeet Squash Turnip Zucchini
Legumes: Beans, Chick Peas, Lentils, Hommus (without Vinegar)
Fruit: Lemons, Bananas, Grapefruit, Apple (sour).*Limit of 3 items of fruit per day
Grains & Pasta: Rice, Millet, Quinoa, Buckwheat (use Rice Flour as an alternative to wheat)
Unprocessed Nuts & Seeds: Almonds, Cashews, Brazil Nut, Walnut, Sesame Seeds, Pecan, Hazelnuts, Sunflower
Seeds, Linseed, and Pumpkin Seed (must be kept in fridge & not rancid)
Nut Butters: Tahini * All Nut Butters except Peanut Butter. ABC Spread is excellent.
Pure Yoghurt: Jalna, Hakea, Gipplsand, Lesna, Goat’s Milk or Sheep’s Milk Yoghurt
Rice Milk Only: No Maltodextrins or Sugar. Avoid Soy & Oat Milk.
Spices: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mixed Spice, Dry Ginger
Sweetener: F.O.S. (Fructo-oligosaccharides - actually assist Acidophilus bacteria), Xylitol
Sprouted Grain Bread: Wheat Rye Ezekial Essene (Sprouting converts the Gluten)
Crackers: Rice Cakes Buckwheat Crispbread
Kelp High in nutrients and calcium
Coconut Good Anti-Fungal Properties (good for using in Curries and for flavouring)
Oil (2 Tablespoons daily) Olive Oil, Udo’s Oil, Avocado, Apricot, Almond, MaxEPA/DHA

Foods You Must Avoid:


Sugar: Honey, Jam, Syrup, Cakes, Biscuits, Pies, Dried Fruit, Chocolate, Sweets, Tomato
Sauce, rice crackers and any other foods with hidden sugars. Nutrasweet (951).
No Sweet Fruit: Except Fruit mentioned below
Yeast Products: Bread, Pizza, Vegemite, Marmite, Bovril, B-Vitamins (unless yeast –free), Breadcrumbs,
Citric Acid (unless from a non-fungal source - code 330)
Alcohol: Wine, Beer, Distilled Drinks (e.g. Whisky, Brandy, etc), Cider, Root Beer
Fermented Foods Miso, Vinegar (except Apple Cider), Tomato Sauce, Pickles, Barbecue Sauce, Soy
products, Olives, Horseradish, Salad Dressings, Relish, Sauerkraut, etc
M.S.G. (code 621): Two Minute Noodles, Flavoured chips & snacks, Rice Crackers, Chinese food
Gluten: Wheat, Spelt, Rye, Oats, Barley, Cakes, Pastries, Pasties and Pies
Dairy Foods: Milk, Cheese, Eggs (except for Children 12 years and under)
Moulds & Fungi: Peanuts, Pistachios, Soy Sauce, Mushrooms

Avoid Any Leftovers: They grow moulds, especially leftover Rice
