 We would consider in our quotation the capacity of milk processing 500 LPH
with incoming temperature of milk 30 Deg C. & the milk pasteurizer capacity
500Ltrs/hour.

 The refrigeration system design in such way to handle 600 Liters of Milk per
Hour.

 For the hot water services we have proposed you hot water generation system
section comprising of Diesel fire steam boiler of 200Kg/hour capacity with
the required accessories and hot water piping with insulation.

 We have not proposed you the substation arrangement and are advised to make
the provision of the same at your end.

 The important things is you have to check following and includes suitably when
you compute the cost of your proposed project.
1. The availability of LT/HT Supply from electricity board and its
arrangements.
2. The availability of water supply, its analysis and storage arrangements.
3. Laboratory place of testing of milk.
4. Single phase elect Supply in build in gas well as the drainage & effluent
arrangements.

CLIENT SCOPE AND EXCLUSIVE SUPPLY

1. Main power and earthling connection to our control panel with proper earthling to D.G. sets
and control panel and change over switch etc.

2. All necessary civil work including foundation of machineries plastering of insulation, Boiler
making and breaking of walls and supports. Details regarding civil foundation equipment will
be provided by customer.

3. Water and electricity required for erection, testing and commissioning of equipment would be
made available to us free of charge.

4. All excess material will be taken back after commissioning of the plant.

5. Any statutory approval from the government agency should be arranged by the customer.

6. All necessary wash points in dairy required plumbing work with makeup water and drain
connection where it is required.

7. Any other requirements and machineries/ material/ services which is not including in presents
cope of supply.

8. Customer should arrange the lockable room for our erection crew at site while doing the
installation and commissioning work.

9. Any other machinery which you are going to purchase should be made available in time.

SS Weighing Bowl

SS weighing bowl fabricated out of 2mm thick SS 304 sheet without let valve
lifting arrangement

SS Dump Tank

The dump tank will be fabricated out of 2mm thick SS 304 sheet without cover.

Plate Chiller

The plate heat exchanger is suitable to chill milk from a temperature of 35deg.c to

MILK STORAGE SECTION

Milk Storage Tank

The storage tank will be Horizontal in design. The inner shell will be made of SS
304 and the outer shell will be made of SS sheet. The inner shell will be insulated
with 100 mm thermocole. The bottom of the tank will have a gentle slope towards
the outlet. The tank will be mounted on adjustable ball feet. The storage tank will

Milk pump: The SS feed pump will be of sanitary design as per dairy standard
suitable for above PHE. Flow controller: SS flow control device is required to
manually regulate the required flow rate. The flow controller will be of sanitary
design.
Heat Exchanger: The plates will be made from ss304 and will be of sanitary
design. All the milk contact and exterior surfaces will be easily accessible or readily
removable for cleaning and inspection.
Gaskets: The gasket will be sanitary type and the material will be food grade and
be non-toxic, fat resistant, non-absorbent and will have smooth surface.
Holding Section: It will be designed for continuous holding of the product for at
least 16 second at the pasteurization temperature. The holding section will be
external tubular type.
Supporting Frame: The supporting frame for the plate pack will be of a self
supporting design made of mild steel and cladded with stainless steel and provided
with a manually operated SS tightening device.

PACKING SECTION
Pouch Filling Machine

The machine will be suitable to pack milk into polythene pouches 200/500 ML,

Conditions of Supply of Equipment & Terms of Payment
1. Validity: This offer will remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of this
quotation. Thereafter is subject to our confirmation.
2. Packing and Forwarding: Include.
3. GST / Taxes: As Per @ 12%
4. Freight / Transportation: To be borne by Customer.
5. Insurance: To be arranged by customer. This can also arrange by us at an extra

8. Warranty: We will undertake to repair or replace if required any component found to be

defective due to bad workmanship or faulty raw materials, free of cost but not due to
damage during transit. Bad storage, Mishandling of the equipments or normal wear and
tear. This warranty will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch of
equipments.

9. Order Cancellation: Once order place order cannot be canceled without prior written
concurrence. If canceled advance will be not refund.
