At the meeting on Wednesday 14th August, we discussed the changes we want to make
when relaunching the Wincote XWS. They are as follows:

1. Product: The two-layer jacket will be relaunched as a stylist jacket so our product
may be suitable and versatile for younger people in the 16-30 age group. We need
to pay attention to the following factors:
 Design: We should think about some specific styles of jacket to suit each
customer segments. From 16-25 age group, they want a fashionable and
trendy jacket. At the other one, a simple and elegant jacket is the best
choice for them.
 Colour: Customers have little choice of colours so we must add more bright
colours to satisfy their needs.
 Size: there are some petite people who can not fit the medium size. We
must include the small size for them.
 Zipper: We may redesign the zipper to look more delicate and lighter.
 Pockets: Reducing the number of pockets is necessary.
 Fabric: Some our customers say that It’s really hot when they wear the
jacket on summer even though they take the linning out. We should make a
research to find out the suitable fabric for our jacket
2. Price: Our customer hope that we can bring good value for the products so i think
the price is suitable for the quality of the jackets. However the price must be
different for the various size.
3. Place:
 Try to build our retail stores and expand it in some large malls so it’s
covenient for customers to look for the products.
 Establish our e-commerce website for busy people. The website includes all
the information about the company, products and address of our store.
 Improve the delivery service and guaranteed to be on time
4. Promotion:
 Slogan: “’Must-have’ item of clothing”
 Relaunch our jackets as a fashional and practical item for younger people.
 Social network is growing fastly so we can advertise our products on
Facebook, instagram, twitter,.... Young people will approach products more
easily.
 Advertisement on youtube is also effective
 Poster and point-of-sale advertisements in malls, stores,...
