The late submission of compliances to regional headquarters, provincial headquarters

and to other offices has been a perennial problem of this office because of limited
computer units. The primarily reason behind this was some of our computer is
undergoing major repair and others were totally unserviceable because of long age of
the units .Thus, it create backlog to our daily submission of reports and the late issuance
of police clearance to our clientele.

monthly amortization in the amount of 3,948.00. I applied for the restructuring of my salary loan
last February 6, 2014 from 5,958.00 to 3,948.00 monthly deduction which will be expected to be
effect on April 2014 but unfortunately my previous deduction still remain which affect my financial
shortage and the said deduction appeared therein is considered as eronious. I already applied or
filled-up the form for updating/correction of the said deduction in AFPSLAI Tagum Field Office
last September 2014 but until now there is no action with regards to my request. I’m hoping also
that possible refund for the overpayment be made effective April 2014 – November 2014
because that is not part of the grace period which part of your good office rules and I deserved to
claim the said excess deduction from my salary wherein my monthly amortization is fix and
exact. (Attach herewith print copy of my payslip from February 2014 to November 2014).
I hope that this request will merit favorable attention and immediate action with regards to this
matter.

The Braulio E Dujali Police Station is planning to have an educational field trip for the
newly organized “Police ngPaaralan Club” at Davao Prison and Penal Farm (DPPF),
Dapecol Compound, Tanglaw, Braulio E. Dujali, Davao del Norte this coming September
7, 2013 at exactly 8:00 AM. Said educational trip aims to highlights the life and story of
inmates behind bars in order for the students realize the consequences of becoming
trouble maker/law violator of our society.
In view of the above, we would like to request your good office two (2) dump trucks
with driver and fuel to ferry the forty five (45) students to and from the activity area,
“Lugaw or Arrozcaldo” good for sixty persons and sixty (60) pieces mineral water.

In line with the Impact Project of this station the so called “PulisngPaaralan” which was
started and launched last December 3, 2012 at Dujali National High School as a pilot
project wherein acclaim a great appreciation from the faculty and staff as well as the
students of the said school. The school also provided a classroom as permanent
headquarters/office of the “PulisngPaaralan” officers and members for them to have a
privacy to discuss important activities, plans and programs that can give support to the
school.
Anent to this, we would like to request your good office a financial assistance for the
materialization of the Grand Launching of “PulisngPaaralan Club” and Signing of
Memorandum of Agreement between the Braulio E Dujali Police Station and Department
of Education represented by Dr. Josephine L. Fadul, Schools Division Superintendent,
Division of Davao del Norte together with the Mass Oath Taking Ceremony of the Puling
ngPaaralan Officers.
Following items/supplies needed for the activity:
1. Snacks (120 heads including visitors)

At present, Braulio E. Dujali Police Station PNP personnel under the leadership of PSI IRISH
HEZRON F PARANGAN – Chief of Police has a total number of TwentyNine (29) personnel
including two (2) officers which is not ideal with our present population of 28, 339 equivalent to
1:1000 per police population ratio. Nevertheless, some organic PNP member of Braulio E. Dujali
Police Station are now undergoing mandatory training and other relieved without replacement
thus experiencing depleted in strength resulting to a multi-function of our personnel. The present
number of personnel will decrease and need additional three (3) personnel to be assigned to
cover the present increasing population of this municipality.
Anent to this, we would like to request your good office to assign three (3) PNP personnelif
possible;
