challenges)…

- To write down the words on the pieces of paper and on the board

connected to the word

- to let students match vitamins and minerals with their function

7. This is the way I will assess my students (note specific stages and specific activities that you will
use for assessment)…

- I will assess their participation in group activities ranging from 1 didn’t participate, 2
participated when prompted, 3. participated most of the time, 4. Actively participated, 5.

8. These are the ways in which this lesson plan is specifically a content-based instruction lesson
plan. In other words,
a. This lesson plan differs from an EFL lesson plan because: it teaches about vitamins,
minerals, their function and it suggests adequate action to preserve one’s health
b. This lesson plan differs from a regular content class because it teaches not only
vocabulary, but also, about vitamins and minerals and their function, the way vitamins
and minerals affect our body

9. These are the materials that I will need to carry out this lesson plan (Will you need special pens?
Photocopies? Etc.)

Multi- colored A4 papers, 4 sets of multi-colored markers, whiteboard markers, cardboard cards.
The text is a part of their textbook

The steps of the lesson plan are described below. (Add rows as needed.)
