* Prepare vessel for Sire / vetting from oil majors, keep OCIMF updation.

* Monitor & evaluate vessel performance, speed & fuel consumption day
to day basis.

* Monitor & evaluate vessel performance, prepare performance &

condition reports.

* Monitor planned maintenance system (PMS), ensure same is being

followed and up-to-date.

* Carry out onboard audits to ensure & confirm vessel has ISM & ISPS
documentation completed and complied.

* Ensure vessel technical, operation, safety compliance documentation

sent by vessel to office are recorded correctly, systematically and
regularly maintained towards office DOC / ISO series audits.

* Carry out periodical vessel inspections and prepare inspection reports

for owners / managers.

* Vessel compliance of class / flag statutory requirements, and company

ship board operation and safety.

* Operational & technical support to fleet vessels.

* Budget preparation & budget control, logistics / procurement &

approvals of vessel stores & spares supplies for vessel smooth
operations.
* Prepare vessel docking repairs specifications, attend vessel class
statutory, docking & class renewal surveys / certification of vessels.
* For yard new delivery vessels, follow up on guarantee defect repairs
with shipyard.

* Prepare vessel quarterly conditioning reports, SOC ( Ship operating

cost) and quarterly budget reports for owners’ review.

* Keeping all fleet vessels updated with new class / flag requirement /
regulations, and support them for compliance.

* Top four rank officers interviews and briefing prior joining vessels to
ensure vessel are complied & operate within company onboard policies
and procedures.

* Follow up with P&I and H&M insurances covers for vessel hull
damage, cargo / stevedore damage, delays and damages on
machineries.

* Retrofitting of BWTS ( Ballast Water treatment plant) on 8 vessels.

Including 3 D scanning, FAT ( Factory acceptable Test) witness,
drawings / project approval. All electrolysis type of BWTS plants on MR
Tankers.

* Retrofitting project of Scrubbers, Chinese scrubber from ZEMarine

and retrofitting work at Xinya Shipyard / Zhoushan, China.
