1. Think that your audience is just a kid and internalize it so you won’t be nervous.
2. Always smile.
3. Open a window for Google Image before logging in for the demo.
4. Open a window for thesaurus, too.
5. Practice your material ahead of time if possible. Practice it with a kid, too, if you have enough
time.
6. Follow the instructions for the Teacher’s Guide so you can stick to the time frame.
7. Use movements (TPR) because it’s highly suggested.
8. Use simple words.
9. When explaining a word that can be represented by a picture, grab/copy a picture from Google
image and paste it in the chat box. This is easier for kids to understand it.
10. Always give praises/compliments to students.
11. Don’t say, ‘That’s wrong’; instead, say, ‘Let’s try again’ then guide the student, if possible, thru
your gestures.
12. Ready your props such as stuff animals/toys, miniature items that my capture student’s
attention and confidently use them.
13. You may opt to use cute headbands to elicit excitement and fun in the class.

15. Avoid on being monotonous. Vary your tone accordingly.
16. Speak on moderate pace; slower for younger student.
17. Make sure to improve facial expressions according to the content of the lesson/situation.
