Report about prediction and characterization of the clients

Embarcadero is a place situated at the Universidad de la Sabana, this place provides a service of
restaurant at the buffet style. First of all, in the necessity to find a prediction about how many
people will be received in the next 5 minutes, and also a characterization of their clients , it
realized a search of information the 27 of September from 2019 at the 12:33 pm, getting 12
intervals of 5 minutes each one. By the other side, for every client it get 8 variables, this one's
were : gender , age, friends, position, hair color, glasses , height and skin color.
At first, it realized a Plotting time series, a scatter plot and correlograms (see annexed 1);from
this information it get to conclusion that the data hasn't a tendency and for this, the way of
prediction had three ways: average, weighted average and exponential smoothing. To find the
right way, it realized all ones, after and with help of the error, it get choose the method that
gives a lower average error (see annexed 2), in this case the weighted average it get adjusted
more comfortable at the information data. After this, it realized a prediction for the next three
intervals given as a result 21, 23 y 22 people for the interval 13, 14 y 15 respectively (see
annexed 3).

Secondly , to realize the characterization of the clients, we create a table, in this table were 12
periods of time and all the variables that we took. At front of the table it concludes that the
major quantity of people are women , mostly going with compain, They are employee's, have
the hair color black and don't use glasses (see annexed 4). After this, we start to create a relation
between the variables, to get know with details the objective to go and buy the lunch at
Embarcadero. As realized this we give realize that mostly of clients that are with compain are
the women's , also women's that are employee's are the second percentage more big at the hour
that we took the information , additionally it observe that man's use go lonely and it present
more this situation when they are employee's, been this the lower data recompiled. Information
