RESOLUTION NO. 13-003

Series of 2014

A RESOLUTION IMPOSING PENALTY TO ALL AC-BA WHO VIOLATE THE

DEPARTMENTAL POLICY SET FORTH DURING ITS MEETING ON JULY 18, 2014.

WHEREAS, it has been agreed that penalties shall be imposed and collected upon students who
violate departmental policies, as follows:

VIOLATIONS PENALTY

failed to pay on deadline

V. LOST ADMISSION SLIP P15.00 per lost admission slip

WHEREAS, exemptions from penalty shall be accorded for the following, provided, the
required letter is submitted within one (1) week from the Activity date to the Course-Area
Coordinator for evaluation and approval.
a. Working students – to present letter indicating work-schedule and duly assigned by
Work-area supervisor;
b. Students with child – to present letter claiming a child aged 7 years old and below; and
c. Emergency reasons – to present letter stating the emergency reason.

WHEREAS, such penalty as mentioned above, shall be imposed effective July 18, 2014.

WHEREAS, any Course-Area Coordinator of the College, as Member of the Disciplinary

Board, and any AC-BA Officer, shall have the police authority to question erring students.

WHEREAS, the subject resolution shall revoke the previous resolution on penalty, Resolution
No.13-002, Series of 2013.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion made by Michelle Torres, with the unanimous accord of the
members and officers present in the meeting.

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, requiring all AC-BA students who

commit the aforementioned violations to pay the related penalties.

RESOLUTION NO. 14 – 001

SERIES OF 2014

RESOLUTON AUTHORIZING THE CHANGE OF SIGNATORIES OF SAVINGS

ACCOUNT OF THE BUSINESS ORIENTED SOCIETY (BOSS) WITH THE RURAL
BANK OF SAN NARCISO, INC.

WHEREAS, by reason of the recent election of new set of the BOSS Officers for the school
year 2014-2015, it has been agreed that the organization changes its signatories in the SAVINGS
ACCOUNT with the Rural Bank of San Narciso, Inc. with business address at San Narciso,
Zambales, Philippines, upon such terms and conditions may be agreed upon the said bank.

WHEREAS, the BOSS Fund shall not be drawn from and deposited to the Rural Bank of San
Narciso, Inc. without the signature of the Course-Area Coordinator and the 2 Boss Officers
namely, the President and Treasurer.

WHEREAS, the officers authorized to do so are the following:

MRS. MARIBEL TAGULAO - COURSE-AREA COORDINATOR
WHEREAS, the subject resolution shall revoke the previous resolution on bank signatories,
Resolution No. 13-001, Series of 2013.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion made and duly seconded, the President, Treasurer, and
Course-Area Coordinator are hereby authorized to make deposits, withdrawals and related
transactions to the Rural Bank of San Narciso, Inc. San Narciso, Zambales.

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, authorizing the President, Treasurer and

Course-area Coordinator to make deposits, withdrawals and related transactions to the said Bank
in the name of the Business Oriented Students’ Society (BOSS)

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution, together with the attached SPECIMEN
SIGNATURES of the authorized signatories, be furnished the Rural Bank of San Narciso,
Zambales.
