Respected Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have done B+C(as Over Time) shift on Date 10th July 2019 as
per exigency, for the flushing of the RHF system , By mistake I was unable to apply the Over Time in
the ESS, with in the stipulated period. Kindly consider my application and mark the concern so as I
can get my Good Work Wages in this month. For which act of your kindness I Shall remain ever
grateful to you
