Currency from ZENAIDA A. PARALES, of legal age, single, Filipino
Citizen with residence and postal address at 803 Rest heaven St., Dalahican,
Brgy. 7 (Kapitan Kong), Cavite City, Cavite, as full payment of a parcel of
lot Situated at the City of Cavite, Island of Luzon. xxxxx covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-24491, containing an area of ONE
HUNDRED NINETY-NINE (199) Square Meters, more or less.

That above sited payment was made for the entire satisfaction of the
undersigned in connection with the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE executed
by and between REYNALDO A. LOYOLA married to CATALINA A.
LOYOLA and ZENAIDA A. PARALES.
