a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 6849, Imus Estate, L.R.A (CLR) Record
No. 8843, situated in the Barrio of Lancaan, Municipality of Dasmarinas, Province of
Cavite. . Containing and area of FOURTEEN THOUSAND (14,000) SQUARE
METERS, more or less.”
2. The seller shall give FIVE (5) % of the agreed selling price as broker’s/agent’s
commission.
3. All expenses such as but not limited to Capital Gains Tax, Real Property Tax and
Notarial Fee relative to the sale shall be shouldered by the buyer including for the
Transfer of Title.
