PROGRAMMES MANAGER (1 POSITION)

Duty Station: Mityana

Main Purpose of the Job

It aims to strengthen the impact of our work through effective and results-based programme
management. We are looking for a competent programme manager that can add value to the
areas of interventions that guide the work of our implementing partners.

Key Responsibilities

To help analyze context and identify areas of support, review project proposals, monitor partner
project implementation, and provide technical support and quality assurance to implementing
partners.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in the social sector or related field, Masters or post graduate is an added
advantage
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English required
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
• Must be spontaneous, and willing to work in outskirts.
• Experience in and Knowledge of Ugandan local governance engagement strongly
preferred.
• Ability to ride or drive and with a valid Driving Permit is an added advantage.
