This exercise is about exploring the modes deriving from basic chords.

To use these modes to improvise, for me means the ability to hear the modes
For me it works to play the basic chord and sing the matching mode.
At first sing the adjecent notes of the mode.
Then skip one note in the mode, skip two, etc.
Make different combinations to get used to the sound of the mode.

This exercise is about exploring the mode derving from a major seventh chord.
First play the basic chord (or an inversion!!), then play the matching mode.
Adjecent notes (start on all the notes of the mode, sing also the descending mode)
