 NEGOTIATION PROPOSAL OF JAIRO PAEZ STUDIO

I, Jairo A. Paez Robles, owner of the company JAIRO PAEZ STUDIO, through this document,
intends to present the negotiation proposal.

This application will allow its visualization according to real measurements and specifications given
by the client, will facilitate the observation of details of interest for the user and will generate great
expectations thanks to the visual experience and interactivity of this.

Service features

The product to be delivered contains visualization features based on design standards and excellent
quality, articulated and constructed through specialized software design, programming and video,
useful for the interpretation of the theme or project called Jairo Paez Studio to make it known to
users in an easy, dynamic, and entertaining way.

The multimedia application service allows you to visualize in an interactive and detailed way the
Jairo Paez Studio project allowing you to see animations, videos, infographics, 3d models, all with
an interactive nature and allowing a user experience, making the subject treated enjoyable and fun.
The application in which the multimedia application service will be displayed will be a web page
built in a content management system.

Scope

Given the needs of general visualization and considering the technical requirements of hardware
and having access to the internet, in order to provide a multiplatform and portable experience, the
application will have two versions, according to the client's requirements:

1. Mobile version: portable version that allows to visualize and understand the design of the
multimedia project in the same way, this option is taken for sectors where there is an internet
connection, which can be visualized in cell phones and tablets when installed.

For this the following platforms would be used for installation: Android

2. Desktop version: This version depending on the hardware available or the machine

and Internet connection you can see the multimedia application, that this case would be a web page
without any inconvenience, offering the necessary visualization and interactivity for the end user.
 Methodology of Work

Meeting at the beginning: Meeting to explain the work methodology, initial requirements,
explanation and general information for a successful execution of the project.

Elaboration of Contract: Realization of the Contract with the characteristics established by the
parties for the execution of the project.

Stages of the development of the multimedia application service (Web page).

Stage 1. Development of the page: this stage will last three weeks.

Stage 2. Review of the page: After the development of the page, a meeting will be held in which
the application will be shown and delivered, allowing recommendations for improvement or
adjustments by the client, resolution of concerns and confirmation of the multimedia project.

Stage 3. Adjustments to the page: In the event that comments are submitted by the Client about
the service, adjustments to the model will be applied. These adjustments will take an additional
week to the estimated time.

Stage 4. Verification of the page: Meeting with the Team to verify suggested adjustments and
validate the final model.

Stage 5. Testing and certification: Tests are carried out with the Team, verifying the proper
functioning of the application, a record of delivery to satisfaction of the presented service will be
registered as a record and will be provided to the client.

 Way to pay

To start the JAIRO PAEZ STUDIO multimedia project, an advance of 70% of the total value of the
economic proposal must be made, the remaining value will be given according to the progress
agreed between the parties and the total amount must have been completed at the moment of
complete the project

Taxes

The economic proposal does not include taxes applicable by law.

Validity

The proposal has 30 days of validity from its presentation
