DELIVERABLE 2: RESULT & DISCUSSION

2.1 INTRODUCTION:

In the previous section, the methodology was defined and methods were developed on the

basis of which the results were determined. The questionnaire was filled in for the data

collection. The questionnaire contains 23 questions. The data collected provide the analysis

of the research to see the effects of the independent variables (communication, teamwork,

training & development and leadership) on dependent variable (project performance).

The Likert scale is used in questionnaire (1-5). The Likert scale is used to examine the

relationship between variables (Dillman, Smyth & Christian, 2014)

Questionnaire has been filled by 227 respondent working in different telecom industry.

The IBM SPSS20 software is used to test and understand simple regression correlation,

Cronbach's alpha value and standard deviation, and to verify the relationship between

variables.

2.2 DESCRIPITIVE ANALYSIS:

The technique is used to evaluate respondents' data to analyze gender, age, and work.
2.2.1 DEMOGRAPHICS:

Gender:

Frequency Percent

Female 37 16.3

Valid Male 190 83.7

Total 227 100.0

2.6 Model Summary:

The model summary process shows that this method accounts for R = 0.780, showing a
strong positive linear relationship between dependent variables (Project performance) and
independent variables (team work, communication, training & development and leadership).
2.7 DISCUSSION OF RESULT:

Based on the responses and analysis, the finding of first variable identified that the H1 is
accepted and H0 is rejected which indicates that teamwork has an effect on project
performance. The results showed that the majority of the interviewees gave a agree response
There is relationship between teamwork and project performance.

Based on the responses and analysis, the finding of second variable identified that the H1 is
accepted and H0 is rejected which indicates that communication has an effect on project
performance. The results showed that the majority of the interviewees gave a agree response
There is relationship between communication and project performance.

Based on the responses and analysis, the finding of third variable identified that the H1 is
accepted and H0 is rejected which indicates that training & development has an effect on
project performance. The results showed that the majority of the interviewees gave a agree
response There is relationship between training & development and project performance.

Based on the responses and analysis, the finding of fourth variable identified that the H1 is
accepted and H0 is rejected which indicates that leadership has an effect on project
performance. The results showed that the majority of the interviewees gave a agree response
There is relationship between leadership and project performance.

2.8 SUMMARY:

The overall results show that teamwork, communication, training, development and
leadership have a positive influence on project performance. The data was gathered from 227
respondents consuming a questionnaire with 23 questions. The data was analyzed for
SPSS20. We found a strong positive relationship between project performance and
teamwork, communication, training and development, and leadership.
