Course Description:

 Corporate skills comprise of a wide range of skills ranging from Business Culture to
Business Email etiquettes to negotiation and team development.
 Regarded as significant as educational qualifications and experience, these skills help
graduates to adapt to the organizational culture and work in sync with people from
different backgrounds.
 Corporate skills are not industry specific and are integral to the professional success of
every individual irrespective of his/her field of work.
 Corporate Skills also include:
o Soft skills that are integral to the professional success of individuals
o Life skills that help people learn how to bring in harmony within one’s own self
and move, work, and manage people with different backgrounds

Course Objective:

1. Corporate Skill Development aims at preparing fresh graduates for Job Interviews,
Entrance tests, CV preparation.

2. Corporate Skill Development Program (CSDP) imparts one with the required skills to
gain a competitive edge in any job market plus the ability to familiarize oneself with a
holistic view of the business environment at the startup of one’s career.
CSDP focusses on the overall corporate development of the participant and seeks to
provide a deeper understanding of various aspects of functional and foundation skills,
while learning to negotiate and manage conflicts while at the same time encouraging
independent thinking and decision making.

Learning Outcomes:

After having completed this course successfully, participants will be able to:

Demonstrate quick identification ( during probation) of organization’s
culture, business ethics, and social responsibilities enabling him/her to

directing his/her energies towards productive work

an organization as a first job.
Demonstrate and prove understanding of Teamwork skills and the ability

Develop greater awareness of coaching, mentoring towards accomplishing
