The business can raise revenue by sticking to an affordable recipe in making


the product and finding the best suppliers that offers a great deal. In turn, the
revenue will be higher. We strive to serve the customers the best quality product
that are unique and different from the other bread filling, we also want to offer
reasonable price product but high quality, fresh, tasty and healthy product that will
satisfy our customers.
The product is mainly composed of cornflour (cornstarch), water, juice of
large lemons, granulated sugar, unsweetened almond milk (or soya milk), and
vegan spread (or use coconut oil). We want to produce a nutritious filling that is in
low fat and calories because of the absence of dairy products or eggs.
The investment will be from each group member totaling P5,000.00, with a
high investment there is more probability of good quality product. Each and every
bit of the investment will be subdivided and assigned to a particular ingredient and
other expenses. The enterprise will make sure demand stays high with good
communication to the consumers and continuous improvement of our product.
We sell our Vegan Lemon Curd through online selling and we also schedule
meet ups for our customers and answer queries in our facebook page.

Vision

The Vision of this product is to serve as a livelihood to the people of every


barangay. In addition, we, the People’s choice wants to be the one of the top leading
distributor of bread filling in Asia that offers unique and delicious taste that is less
in fat and calories.

The People’s Choice, manufacturer of this product, aims to produce a


nutritious filling that is in low fat and calories because of the absence of dairy

The product, Vegan Lemon Curd manufactured by People’s Choice
is unique compared to the usual bread fillings. This yellowish, smooth and
creamy filling that caters a taste of heaven is not just delicious but also
nutritious because of the absence of dairy products or eggs.
The product consists of cornflour (cornstarch), water, juice of large
lemons, granulated sugar, unsweetened almond milk (or soya milk), and

named People’s Choice. Proper communication, cooperation and commitment in every
task lead the team in success. They want to gain revenue as well as help the ordinary
local vendor in the city, that’s why they partner in one of the vendors of the Naga City
People’s mall that sells lemon that offers a great deal.
This Vegan Lemon Curd is a healthy alternative filling, it is thick, rich, and full of
bright citrus flavors without the use of any dairy products or eggs. This is only made
up of lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, coconut oil and milk.
The product will be sold in an airtight jar to preserve the freshness and texture, this
contains proper label and nutrition facts. Once processed, jars of vegan lemon curd will

III. The Business Proponents: Organizers and their Capabilities and Contributions

The proponents of our business are the nine (9) members of our group that are
considered as student entrepreneur. Each of us has something to contribute are divided
based on our capabilities, skills and interest. We believe that dividing the task and
giving them the duty, they want can make the business more successful because each
member would be passionate enough in what will they do. This section of the business
plan contains information about the business proponents and stakeholders. These are
divided into four (4) types of stakeholders:

a. The resource mobilizers and Financial backer of our business are Alleah Joy
Jaucian and Clyd Frejie Bedrero. They are tasked to manage the financa of the
business. They will be the one to administer the proceeds of the money that was
invested.
b. Some of the members of the group was given the task of being technology
providers and applicators. The job was tasked to John Francis Cuarto and
Jieanna Danielle Alba. There duty is to provide the machinery that is necessary
in making of our products. They will be the one to supply on everything that is
needed product in order for our business to be successful and possible.
c. For the governance and top management, we divide the task into two: the
administrator and the operation manager, and it was disseminated to Angela
Purisima and Alleah Joy Jaucian respectively. They will be the one to manage
the team. They will be the one who will formulate different ideas and concepts
that can improve the business and lead our team to success.
d. Lastly, the operating and support team that includes all the members. Everyone
is assigned in operation, implementation and everything associate with the
making of the product.

Considering that our product is a bread filling made of lemon, it is expected that
a lot of lemon lovers will cheer for its name and will be interested and curious about its
taste and everything about our Vegan Lemon Curd. But of course, not only the lemon
lovers will patronize our product, since most of the adult and oldies are not fun of eating
salty and sweet kind of food, it is our pleasure to introduce the less fats and carbs bread
filling. Also, this Vegan Lemon curd has the chance to capture the heart of the
millennials knowing that they are fun of trying new things. The combination of sour
and a bit of sweetness will prove that this bread filling can be their new adventure
because of the unique taste that it can offer.

Bread and pastries have been part of the people's daily lives. It either serves as
a breakfast, as a snack or even as a meal for those who are in a diet. Since then people
have innovated ways to make these breads and pastries more enjoyable, like adding a
flavor through the use of fillings. As the time goes by, the variety of bread fillings
available in the market has been limited especially in Naga, having this fact in mind
the People's Choice have found a new product that will surely fulfill this need. People's
choice: Vegan Lemon Curd promises to provide a new kind of experience to those who
are tired of tasting those typical bread fillings in the market. It will also serve as a new
way to indulge bread and pastries while acquiring the health benefits that the vegan
lemon curd offers

This section of business plan consists of the market demand and supply, the
Industry Dynamics and the Macro Environmental forces that is affecting our business.
Our enterprise is aiming for the expansion of our product offerings to: 1.) Local
Communities, 2.) Regionally, and 3.) Nationwide. Extending our range of sales to the
Local communities, Region, and Nationwide will give our enterprise doors of
opportunities. As we all know, Filipinos are fun of experimenting especially when it
comes to food, that leads every curious Filipinos to mix and spread anything that are
edible and as a result lead us in creating a nutritious and delicious product with a unique

reasonable price that every Nagenios, Bicolanos, and Filipinos can attain. With such
reasons, our product, Vegan Lemon Curd, will be clicked and will be a hit especially
for the persons whose fun of mixing and spreading when it comes to desserts plus our
product is way more nutritious and healthier than any other kinds of spreading because
of the main ingredient, lemon. Due to this factors, the expansion of our range will be
possible and eventually will give as a huge number of demand that will lead to a huge
production of the Vegan Lemon curd and a huge revenue that leads us to the success
of our business.

For our business, we are aiming to produce a total of 50 jars of Vegan


Lemon Curd in the market as our starting product figure, we seek to provide Vegan
Lemon Curd to a total of 50 product consumers whose into mixing and spreading, does
want a spread who is nutritious, healthy, and delicious but still can be bought in a
reasonable price, to a consumer whose want is into lemons and also for a person who

The ingredients that we needed in order to produce our product will be


supplied by the vendors of Naga People’s Mall. These people will be the one who will
supply everything that we need in order to make our Vegan Lemon Curd possible. We
will be purchasing the raw materials that we need in a Whole Sale where in the raw
material that we will be needing are bought in a large number of items so that the price
of the raw material will be lessen. And also, we will look for our trusted source where
we will be buying our raw material when the demand of our product increases.

Our strategic selling will be Direct and Online. As we live in this 21st
century and millennial age or maybe technological age, internet and technologies are
one of our necessities in living and it is undeniable. This is due to the fact that in today’s
dynamic world, life without technology is meaningless. Technology, which basically
refers to bringing together tools that ease creation, use and exchange of information,
has a major goal of making task easier to execute as well as solving many mankind’s
problems .Guided with such ideas, we think of a way where anyone could easily
purchase our products and come up with making a strategy through online selling. This
direct and online selling strategies will help our team to easily increase our sales
because we can achieve selling the products in our local communities, Regionally, and
