Ley de Demarcación y Organización Territorial

Ley N° 27795
La Ley tiene por finalidad establecer las definiciones básicas y los procedimientos para
el tratamiento de la Demarcación Territorial que es competencia exclusiva del poder
ejecutivo de conformidad con el numeral 7) del artículo 102º de la constitución política
del Perú.

Decreto Supremo N° 019-2003-PCM

Reglamento de la Ley N° 27795
El Reglamento desarrolla los principios, definiciones, procedimientos, requisitos y
criterios técnicos – geográficos en materia de demarcación territorial; así como, los
lineamientos del proceso de saneamiento de límites y organización territorial,
contemplados en la Ley Nº 27795 – Ley de Demarcación y Organización Territorial.
Ley que implementa mecanismos para la delimitación territorial

Ley N° 29533
La presente Ley tiene el objeto de implementar, como mecanismos para la delimitación
territorial, el arbitraje territorial y los acuerdos de límites entre los gobiernos regionales
y entre los gobiernos locales, provinciales o distritales, a fin de coadyuvar al
saneamiento de límites del territorio nacional regulado en la Ley Nº 27795, Ley de
Demarcación y Organización Territorial; y de esta manera garantizar el ejercicio del
gobierno y la administración; promover la integración y el desarrollo local, regional y
nacional; así como contribuir a un clima de paz social.

Reglamento de la Ley N° 29533
El Reglamento tiene por objeto desarrollar principios, definiciones, procedimientos,
requisitos y criterios para la implementación del arbitraje territorial dispuesto en la Ley
N° 29533.

Law No. 27795

The purpose of the Law is to establish the basic definitions and procedures for the treatment of
Territorial Demarcation, which is the exclusive competence of the executive branch in
accordance with numeral 7) of article 102 of the political constitution of Peru.

Supreme Decree No. 019-2003-PCM

Regulation of Law No. 27795

The Regulation develops the principles, definitions, procedures, requirements and technical
criteria - geographical in terms of territorial demarcation; as well as, the guidelines of the
process of sanitation of limits and territorial organization, contemplated in Law Nº 27795 - Law
of Demarcation and Territorial Organization.

Law that implements mechanisms for territorial delimitation

Law No. 29533

The purpose of this Law is to implement, as mechanisms for territorial delimitation, territorial
arbitration and boundary agreements between regional governments and between local,
provincial or district governments, in order to contribute to the sanitation of limits of the
regulated national territory in Law Nº 27795, Law of Demarcation and Territorial Organization;
and in this way guarantee the exercise of government and administration; promote local,
regional and national integration and development; as well as contributing to a climate of social
peace.

Regulation of Law No. 29533

The Regulation aims to develop principles, definitions, procedures, requirements and criteria for
the implementation of territorial arbitration set forth in Law No. 29533.

The purpose of this Law is to update the current regulations on territorial demarcation in order
to provide agility and predictability to the demarcation and sanitation procedures of district and
