 QC Related works like preparing Inspection offer, Fit up Inspection report,
Weldvisual report ,final inspection report & Qualifying welders
 Verification of welder performance qualification tests
 Checking all types of N.D.T like DP test, vacuum box test , radiography test ,
magnetic particle test, ultrasonic test.
 Checking of all fit up ,pecking, bending ,plumbing and rectify of overlap joints
 Welding Inspection: Undercut(if any)lack of fusion, spatters size of welding
 Preparation of punch list and clearance to next stage like Erection and painting.
 Co-coordinating with sub- contractor, third party and client.
 Planning for manpower, material, and machinery.
 Preparation and submission of Daily Site Progress Report.
 Regular working on MS Office for site correspondence
