CO2 Laser Marking Machine

FAYb Laser Marking Machine

PCB Depaneling Machine

PCB Depaneling Machine is required at the final stage of SMT Line to cut a Panel into Modules by the bit-spindle. This
unit can collect the routed modules into a tray in line for user’s convenience. It can also be operated as a Stand alone

Final 3D Visual Inspection Buffer

After 2D AOI, it is impossible to accurately inspect PCBs. Re-inspecting by additional support units such as magnifier,
microscope are required. However YJ 3D Visual Inspection Buffer receives board error data from AOI as the buffer loads
NG boards into the rack linking with 2D AOI Inspection machine. An operator can call an NG board onto the 2nd layer of
conveyor part and visually inspect the board with the high definition 360º camera equipped with the buffer’s inside in
real time. A single operator can also manage multiple lines syntagmatically.
